I am starting this thread of things that you maybe should think about bringing to the hospital.. 1. Because its been on my mind and 2. If I don't write this down somewhere I am liable to forget !!

1. Cell phone charger

2. Pillow

3. Blanket

4. Robe

5. Comfortable clothes for ride home

6. Slippers (even though I love hospital socks)

7. Tooth brush , tooth paste

8. Soap

9. Deodorant

      Oh yes, gas x strips too, I have those already for when I return home. My nut., told us we cannot bring any meds into hospital but good to have ready at home. The hospital will supply all meds incl

    Other items ppl have suggested and our Nutrionist during my pre-op 3 hours class today

    --Chap stick or Vaseline for lips since we canny drink anything and mouth and lips will be dry.

    --Comfy walking shoes as we will be required to walk 30 laps through day around the nurses station

    -- Comfy stretch pants, or like pj pants or sweats pants

    --comfy walking shoes for all the waking required.
