I think this was well said. And your right i could not even imagine eating a cookie. Thats crazy. We all have some type of addiction to food or we would not have had the surgery. If i have to go out for dinner with the family i follow my diet plan and will often only have Soup. As far as pizza goes, like i said before picking off the cheese was plenty for me. A few days ago i started to eat chicken breast something i can have and omg somw of it got suck it hurt so bad. So i will wait to try it again. If you really need something sweet go get some suger free Jello, pudding or popsicles. And only eat one.... i had my surgery on 10/15.

I had my surgery on oct 15th. I just went back to work yesterday and doing ok overall. I have tryed to eat chicken breast but have had major problems with that. So back to eating very soft foods. Don't think im loosing that fast.

Well im one week out of surgery. I have started eating more with no problems. I can get all my Protein down. I still struggle with my 64 ounces of Water but i had trouble with drinking water before surgery. Ive lost 11 lbs since surgery but its werid for some reason i dont feel like ive lost that much. Maybe because i have 100 more to go lol

Yes im doing much better today. Yesterday was hard 1st day gone so much gas. I got a little bit of the dry heaves. To day i have been able to eat everything on my list today.

Thanks everyone. Maybe he will be nicer tomorrow. If not there maybe more changes then just my weight

Same here my huney gave me a hard time the week before all the way up until the day of surgery...but after surgery he has been great he was just scared to loose me....So glad we are past this part!!!!

Thanks for sharing. I had mine yesterday. Just a little painToday. I cant wait to start to eat liquids today. Havent been able to eat since Monday might. But im not even that hungry lol.
