I had my surgery oct 3, 2013 and I've lost 78 lbs but Am stock now. I gain 1 or two lbs then I lose it and gain it back but I cant seem to continue losing. Any one has any advice for me?

I've been reading about everyone having trouble drinking or taking a long time to eat two spoons full of food but me only 13 days out can drink about 8oz of my Protein Shake at one time and can have my 3 ounces of yogurt without taking so long to eat. Is there something wrong with my sleeve? Ohhh one more question, when do the gases go away and the pain on the left side? Thanks in advance for your help.

thanks. I feel like I just jumped into this thread with my anxiety and craziness but I'm sure remember all of the pre op anxiety you may have experienced.

I am 8 days post op and cant sleeve on my side. Going up the stairs is not a big deal for me, not even the day after surgery.

My starting weight was 309lbs but day of the surgery 296lbs but now am showing 304lbs after day 5 of surgery. I think its because of the inflammation after surgery, but do you start to see the weight off?

My body is asking me for Water so rest of the day will sip sip sip!!!

I drank Isopure clear drinks - much easier to get down and 20oz/40g Protein a bottle. They are kinda expensive' date=' but it was all I could do at the time. Bought at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe.[/quote']. Will give Isopure a try, can you recommend any flavors?
