I was at the gym and almost passed out .... They called 911.... I was embarrassed .... I Dnt knw what happened I started to feel dizzy and SOB... I walked my self to the ladies room and vomit my Protein Drink .. bad experience ... I was hyperventilating ... Has anyone had this experience... As now I'm in the ER waiting for my bld work to come back.

Craving some Cereal ... What cereal can I consume..

I am regretting it, I'm on my 5 week and when I try to eat I get a stomach ache....when I'm in liquids I'm ok. As long as I drink slowly.. but eating .. I just Dnt whant to eat I'm afraid of the pain . I'm going to have to call my doctor on monday, I hope is not a leak ..

Im 5 weeks post op .. and I can eat but two tbs of mashed potato and I get a stomach ache .. I'm scared .. I hope its not a leak .. does anyone get pain after they eat

I'm on phase 5 .. Its hard for me to have either 3 meals, 1-2 Snacks or 5-6 small meals, because I tried eating, I had two table spoon of lentil Soup and got stomach pain .. how can I eat my protein.. if every time I try to eat its only two tbs. Any suggestions...

My Dr., 2 week Clear Liquids, 1 week full liquids, and 2 weeks soft diet ..

Thanks for the support, after 30 min of walking .. I get so tiered ... Im going to try my best .. for at least an hour every day and work my way up to two .. :-)

Went to the appt. And my doctor was not happy I only lost 17 pounds ... It's only been 2 weeks ... So he told me to walk one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening... When all his paper work said walk for 30 min the first few weeks..

That made me feel bad ..so I just left the office... was I suppose to loose more than 17 pounds... ????????

Had my surgery on Wednesday 9-18 , and have a lot of gas ,, my mother suggested Mint Tea .. I'm just so afraid to take something that my doctor did not suggest.

Still having trouble taking in my Water and isopure.. if no they won't release me from hospital .. and just started passing gas I'm happy ,, it was so uncomfortable.
