I am with you on the shakes. The only ones I can handle are the nectar. The others make me sick and breakout with a rash on my face and neck. I know my Protein is still an issue. I get in 60 to 70 grams, but doctor wants it at 90 grams. Cannot seem to make it there.
My date was October 14th, I'm having the same issue. The scale hasn't moved in almost 2 weeks! 66 pounds down since surgery though, but I feel y'all's pain! The thought of going back on shakes makes me cringe!

You look great. Congrats.

Does your doctor test for nicotine? If so the nicotine will show. I would stop 5 to 10 days before test. Also, you could go to a zero nicotine e-liquid until after you are tested.

Your story truly shows the power of prayer. I waited and prayed for two years about this surgery. I wanted the sleeve but my insurance did not cover it at the time. Late January last year I became very ill and was in the hospital for several days. I was told that I have copd on top of high blood pressure, no thyroids, sleep apnea, and diabetes. I was told I had to get the weight off. After several months of steroid shots I continued to gain. In July I really started praying that god make a way for this surgery. I called and got the process started in August. I found that my insurance now covered the sleeve and my out of pocket went from 2500.00 to 375.00. So God had not only answered the prayer for surgery, but answered the financial part too. Due to being in the hospital early in the year I had the surgery and only spent around 200.00. I no longer have the high blood pressure, diabetes, or sleep apnea. I am now down over 60 pounds and had surgery Oct. 30. We serve a great god.

My husband is the same way LL.
I am a man who preferred a slim woman, then changed to a man who preferred a chunky woman, then changed back into a guy who preferred a slim woman.
Yup...same woman.
My husband is happy as long as he gets to grope my boobs or bum no matter the size of 'em. -

I do good at work. I keep a bottle of Water on my desk all day. At home is where I get busy and forget to drink.

I'm 8 weeks out and was the same way. As the swelling goes down in your stomach you will be able to get more in. It just takes time.

Since this will be my first challenge I am not sure what to set a goal weight at. I lost over 30 lbs the first three weeks and then went into a three week stall. In the last two weeks since I have started losing again I have lost 13 lbs. Anyone have any idea of what kind of goal I should set? Very excited to do the challenge.

I am also in the stall. I am six weeks out and have not lost anything in three weeks. I did loose almost 40 pounds the first three weeks. I am ready for it to start coming off again.

I also have the olive toned skin. It took about two years for the scares from gall bladder surgery to get light and not very noticeable.

I had surgery on Oct 30 and I also feel like I am starving. I do believe it is head hunger. It makes it very hard.

You are doing great. Also love that you are using the Blue whale in Catoosa as your pic.

Please try to seek help. The counselor at your college can help point you in the right direction. Do not try to go this alone. I have suffered with depression most of my life. If you attend church your pastor or youth pastor can be a great help. I am blessed to have insurance to help with costs. There are state and federal ran programs that are income based and you should be able to get help through them. I know in my area there are a couple of agencies and they also help with getting you to their clinic. I will be keeping you in my prayers.
