Yes! Please do! Just give us today's weight and your goal weight for Thanksgiving (November 28). It's a fun way to track progress and encourage others!
Thanks

My surgeon says it's fine to drink before meals (in fact he encourages it) but no drinking during meals -- including NO Soup and NO CEREAL -- and no drinking 30 minutes after. No ceral...ever?

My md made me walk as soon as I woke up from surgery. I went in at 630 and was walking at 1pm. He wants all his patients to walk a mile a day starting in the hospital

So what's your update on weight?

Ugh had mine 9/20 wt 272 & I know everyone is different but I don't feel that I'm losing weight as well as some of you. Today I'm at 260!

I know a lot of people who have been on that and have had ectopic pregnancies or given birth. I started using Implanon( not sure on spelling) but its good for 3 years and it stays in my arm. No side effects for me and is very convenient! Good luck.

My md had me walking a mile day of surgery! He had me do laps around nurses stations daily. He cleared me to do anything I wanted to do when I got released. I can't push myself to much because I get dizzy, light headed and faint and I'm 2wks out.

I had an attempt a few weeks ago. It was too soon and I got light headed. So I stuck to walking the dog. Today felt good though. When are you booked in?
How long ago did you have your procedure done? I get light headed and dizzy as well when I try to do anything beyond walking at a strolling pace.

I had my sleeve on 9/20. The liquid diet won't be gone anytime soon. At least for me. Tomorrow I am going to start soft and mushy foods. I have been on a liquid diet for about 4weeks. After the sleeve liquids have been enough. Yes I've wanted to taste things but I am too worried to open up anything. You will also need to love your liquids after because you don't ever want to be dehydrated. Water has been my bff. I know its a lot for you but it will get better and some days will be a little blue. But I'm very happy I did it!

Everyone is very different when it comes to this. I an very open with everyone because of the fact that they will see the changes going on with me. I know Ireceived support from my fam friends, and coworkers. They all want to help me out with the journey and that really helps me out.

I did the same and trust me there os something in there. I had to do t he full liquid diet and flush 2 days prior. Its not as bad as you think. Good luck.

Hello everyone I had my sleeve done on 9/20. I am still on a full liquid diet. Since surgery I have been to pizza parties and a family party that is loaded with good food. I was wondering what most of you are eating at this stage of your life? I can't lie but I'm looking forward to eating food...in moderation and healthy choices.

Omg thanks to the two of you. I seriously felt like that... but I didn't want to say it out loud. I truly felt like I had my regular stomach and I thought it was just me. Thanks so much for the support!

Just had my sleeve on 9/20 & the next day I couldn't drink at all. Now it seems like I can drink so much and I feel like this isn't normal. I am worried that I'm stretching my stomach to quickly. I am worried!
