  5. Does anyone else worry about not waking up from surgery. My daughter is getting married in July and my youngest is graduating from college. That's what keeps weighing on my mind. I look at all the people having this surgery or had it and I know that this is a well practiced procedure. I start pre-op on Tuesday. Surgery on the 21st.

  7. I am doing the same thing. I feel gross. It's like I feel like I need to get it in before next Tuesday. That's when I start my pre op diet. I just had McDonald's and ice cream . Ughhh.so yes I am having the same problem.

  13. Well I have taken a huge step. I have listed my food for the next 21/2 months. If its in my planner it happens. As I am writing it all down I know sugar free jello and pops are unlimited. But is it really. I look at the diet and am concerned about the evenings. It's usually a really hard time for me.
  14. I also have been eating my favorites. I know that I have to begin making the changes in my diet. But the 14 days before is Oct.8th. So between now and then. I will ad in more protein and veggies but I will also have some last suppers.
  15. I am bouncing between beginning to have the protein shakes and planning the new diet and eating all the things I enjoy.

  17. I am a first grade teacher. I am taking2 weeks off ad then back to work. I hope that it will be enough time. Oct. 21st is my sleeve surgery.
  18. I am October 21 and also excited and nervous. It is becoming real.i am sure there will be challenges but in the long run I know it will be worth out.
  19. I am pre-op as well. I have arthritis, asthma. And fibromyalgia . And I am praying that losing the weight will help me breath better and hopefully have less Dailey pain.
