My Dr. did not give me a goal weight. I started at 192,current weight 162,he said that I have lost 33% of my excess weight. So I don't know how to figure out my goal weight.Can anybody help .

It was very hard for about 1 week. Now I have no problem drinking.eating tuna is an issue for me. Only could eat about 2 oz.

I was the 21st and my largest indication was very sore and larger than the others and raised. I saw my dr. Last Monday and said it look ok.

If it is really bad I would ask to come in before Thursday. Do u think that it's infected ?

I am out 9 days and am struggling with the liquids. This may be a dumb question but does the Protein Shake count toward liquids?

I too find that endurance is an issue. But having 600 calories a day can be hard on your body.

I just had a scrambled egg and I am 7 days. On day 11 it will be on my plan. I was just so darn hungry.

I am 7 days also. I have been taking liquid vitimins. When this bottle is done the Dr. Saiid to go to a multi-v.

I was sleeved on Monday and I am taking my pills( they are small) and I take a nexium capsule.

I have been on the roller coaster since I was 11. I a 54. Yes I do want to enjoy all my favorite foods. Just little bits. This is a tool for me to have Portion Control.< /p>

Has anyone else gotten a rash? It's just on my tummy area. I was sleeved on Monday and have not taken any pain meds since Wednesday? I feel good. Still dying for a big swig of liquid. I am getting my 70 Protein. Working on liquids. I feel good except for this itchy rash

I was in the hospital for maybe 35 hours. I think i really needed another day. Each day I feel better.

I am having such a hard time sipping that I dreamt that I ha a diet Pepsi and I chugged it down.

I am already home. Probably 1 more day would have been good.

I have been walking, but am very sore everywhere. My back, my tummy... I do not know how I am going to stay hydrated with all of these baby sips.

Good luck. Today. I am at the medical center right now waiting to go. 7:30 am surgery begins. I hope that we all have a safe and speedy recovery.

Chap stick

My kindle and charger

Phone and charger

That is it 12 hours from now it should be over for me and in recovery:)

I am right there with you I am regretting my sleeve too its just horrible I was just discharged from the hospital for nausea and vomiting and I had to have my gallbladder removed and now im home and I ate a small bit of advocado now I have the foamies again I don't know what is wrong with me either but I wish I could give this sleeve right back and my life back. Everyone keeps saying it gets easier but I don't feel like it is. So I understand how you feel. I hope you feel better soon.

One of the nurses said to have some hot tea 30 minutes before and it helps eliminate the foamies

Anything to take my mind off of dinner that is cooking in my house. I hope that all of us can actually sleep tonight.
