  1. So my goal weight 11 months ago was 180lbs so ive been workng extremely hard at the gym to reah it because my body was yo yoing around 182 -185.. so july 31st had my body evaluation done at the gym and these were the results

    chest- 45.3, unflexed bicep 12.3, flexed bicep.13.9, waist 38.2, abdomen 42,bodyfat 22%, weight 190.5, thigh 21.5, calve 14.9

    so i was pretty happy with the numbers but could do better so i got to work and SEPT.13 redid my eval and this came back

    chest 43.8, unflexed bicep 12.2, flexed 14, waist 36.7, abdomen 39.5, bodyfat 19% woohoo, weight 178.5, thigh 22.2, calve 14.5

    so yea im crazy excited about this and gonna keep going looking to gain more muscle mass and work on the flacid skin which is not that bad it doesnt look all that horrible like other ppl say theirs look but will try n tighten up and look more bodyfat lookin to be at 15% soon and drop to 175 and gain muscle mass to remain at 180 which is a good healthy look for me! i hope you guys are having the sam feelings about your success and keep working hard!

BASICALLY MY HIGHEST EVER 287 THEN BOTTOM LEFT I WAS IN THE GYM ALOT 240LBS THEN HAD A BACK INJURY AND GAINED WEIGHT THATS WHEN I HAD GASTRIC SLEEVE SURGERY ,TOP RIGHT IN RED 267LBS ON SURGERY BOTTOM RIGHT MY CURRENT STATE 194 TEN MONTHS OUT SURGERY BACK TO BEING A GYM RAT HOPEFULLY I CAN RECOVER MUSCLE AND SHAPEN UP SOME SKIN I DO TAKE supplements AND HAVE A STRICT GYM DIET PLAN NOW EVEN THO I CANT ET LIKE I USED TO GYM WISE I EAT VERRRRRYYY SLOOOWWWWW GOOD TRICK TO ACTUALLY EATING WHAT YOU NEED ATLEAST FOR ME IT IS

  4. well looks like my body decided to stall out oon weight loss not complaining over it because i think its something normal plus ihonestly havent been eating the 5 to 6 meals a day like im supposed to or drink the amount of Water a day im supposed to either but ive stalled out at 65 pounds lost so as of today im goin to jump back into the rythm of the whole water drinkin and trying to eat the multiple meal a day which is the most difficult because i work alot and hardly have time to be cooking meals for on the go but will try harder stopped taking protien powder because i havent jumped back in the gym due to a herniated disc issue which has me kind of iffy and pretty scared although i will have to overcome it and just take extra precaution and stuff with it so yea wish me luck hope i can drop atleast 20lbs more and yea this was just a friendly rant have a great monday! well as far as a monday can actually be good jejeje..

  6. so just left my a 3 month check up doc said im doin great down 53 lbs. 2 clothing sizes and what not but when i walk out the door the secretary decides to talk me into using a compression suit i reply HA!!! you´d couldnt pay me enough to wear a sausage suit. id rather take my chances she responds no you should really use one because blla bla bla all i heard from dis point was a charlie brown cartoon womp womp womp.so what do you GUys think is a sausage suit i mean compression suit such a must for after surgery to avoid bad loose skin ?? has anyone here used it?


  7. i have to be honest im alomist 3 months out and popped the top off a cigar in 2 occasions knowing the risks and feel completely fine no biggie but thats just me but whatever makes you happy

Im 5´7 my goal is 180 should be 160 luike tbodmer71 said but i used to play football and i boxed for some time and did have a great gym schedule so i think 180 is my ideal weight wheather charts say so or not But!!! ill burn that bridge once i cross it once at 180 i will go from there either work to stay at that weight or just keep it rolling.


  9. mike im 28, 5´7 started 265 b4 surgery im at 214 now 2 months 1/2 in i have the same worries about that but then got to thinkin i rather have loose skin than man boobs and live alot longer and healthier than worry about will i have extra skin but to each their own.Its a question of what, s your prioritiy wanna get healthy look better feel better live longer or feel overweight slow cant really keep up tons of health issues. Plus its really a gentetics thing but your young too keep active dnt get ahead of yourself worse comes to worse there are surgical answers to loose skin its just a question of how much do you want it and how far are you willing to go. i keep my protien intake religiously eat clean no smoking drinking , i use skin cream after showers to keep skin hydrated to help elasticity, good Water intake, and getting back in the gym is important which is my next step but like i said its really on your body genetics not everyone is the same.

Well im 2months 10 days out of surgery feeling great can pretty much eat anything with out issues havent started the gym yet because im waitin on payday to hire a PT but im down 48lbs im not sure if im doing it wrong if i shouldve lost alot more weight with my time but i have no complaints i am eating as clean as possible but sometimes you just have to eat whats there but i do take my daily protien eat clean no sodas or alcohol no smoking so hopefully i can loos 10more pounds by mid december but i can say i will sure as hell try :)

Well guys im almost 2 months out and feeling pretty good about it ive lost 41lbs, dropped waist size from a 38 to 36 but im pretty sure i fit in a 34 because the 36 still fits loose but since i havent owned anything sized 34 since wayyyy back when im not sure lol, also dropped a dress shirt size same deal with the pants but everything goin pretty ok a little hickup with the speed of the weight loss but i honestly havent been working out yet because i need to sign up to my gym again and havent been goin jogging due to crazy tropical rainstorms in my area mind you i live in the Dominican Republic at the moment. but today seems promising weather wise so i will probabaly go running with my dogs today.Well hope you guys have a great day.
