I'm still dealing with soreness, but I'm only 8 days out from surgery. Considering all the work they did in there, I imagine we would be tender for a little while...

Same here! Surgery on the 19th and haven't pood since! Also, weight is back to pre-op weight, but it hasn't gone lower...yet.

- Avoiding Water parks with my daughter because I'm too fat
- Not doing outdoorsy things because I need to stay "covered up"

Exactly one week from surgery!!! starting my 1 week liquid diet today and so far, so good. I am so excited for the changes coming my way!!!!! Good luck to all of us September Sleevers!!!

I'm having my surgery at INOVA Fair Oaks in Virginia (outside of DC). I only have to do the liquid diet for 2 days before the surgery to help shrink the liver.

I went to work after exactly one week - today is my 2nd day back and while I'm surviving I'm definitely dealing with a sore back and some tiredness. It's manageable, though.
