  1. Too long in the same neighborhood. 170
  2. Today 169 Memorial Day 159. A little ambitious but it's my goal weight so I'm going for it.
  3. Didn't mind missing my goal so much as that I didn't go into the 160's. As of today - 170. Maybe tomorrow to start Memoial Day?
  4. Before surgery and this new way of eating, tranquilizers in the form of chocolate and potato chips were available. Now they are pretty much gone. At least that's how I rationalize the occasional temper tantrum.
  5. Don't think I will reach goal for Easter, but I am happy today at 171.
  6. Down a little more - emphasis on little - 174.
  7. My 5 year old grandson told me last year I walked too slow. I told him it was because I was old. Smart little kid said that you're not too old, you're too fat. That was it for me. Of course, here we are at 9 months and 111 pounds and he tells me I'm skinny now but touches my arm and tells me I'm squishy. Tough audience!
  8. Just in time for today. 175
  9. Was overly ambitious for St. Patrick's challenge and failed to reach it. But, I'll try again: Current weight 177 Easter goal 165.
  10. I knew I had been ambitious when I set the goal for this challenge but I missed it by way too much. Not so thrilling a St. Pat's Day at 178. On to Easter with better results.
  11. 178. Thank you for this. The challenges help me focus on the short term goals, not the elusive longer term.
  12. Haven't been able to access spreadsheet. Says technical difficulties. Is there another website?
  13. Thank you. I will take advantage of another snowy day and give it a try.
  14. It may be easy but I can't figure out how to start. Please explain how to link Flex and MFP. Thanks!
  15. Today 184. Have been stalled, gained and lost and stalled again. But I am in reach of the surgeon's goal and it would love to buy a green dress in a smaller size for St. Patrick's Day. So let's be ambitious here and say 172.
  16. Up and down all week. Ended the challenge at 184. Thank you. On to St. Patrick's Day!
  17. Was 284 at the beginning of June. Today 183 so 100 pounds at 36 weeks. Have donated a closetful of 3X clothes and am finding size 14 getting too large but not ready for a 12. Can see the difference in myself finally but feel exactly the same. All belly and hips
  18. This is why I am always uncomfortable when people write about 'a new me'. No, sorry, it will always be you, albeit in smaller, perhaps hotter clothes. Pre or post surgery, pre and post weight loss, we are who we are for the wonderful, the ok and the not so ok .
  19. Didn't realize until I looked at the spreadsheet that I had actually reached goal early. The doctor's goal has come within view so I will save it for St. Patrick's Day. Thank you - these challenges are so motivating.
  20. Please put my name down. Looking forward to St. Patrick's Day
  21. What a week! Up, down, up again, but thankfully ended up at 185.5 this morning.
  22. End of the month at 189.
