Thanks everyone. I'm going well and am now home. I'm driving my car and it only really hurts when I get out of the car. It's nice to be home though. I'm making Soup tomorrow!! Delish!

Yay go Leanne!! My gas pains are pretty much gone which is awesome!

I've lost 10kgs so far which is good. My big cut gets a little sore but it's all good.

I'm going well. Still really tired. Get sore usually at night. Still get gas pains in the shoulder which are annoying.

I didn't have staples I have internal stitches and surgical glue at the site. Nothing at the drain site.

I'm feeling good considering. I'm out of the house so I feel better. I'm also finally wearing a bra and undies lol TMI.

I checked the conversations and nothings there. Hmmmmm. I'll try on you. Weird.

The combine is to support the big cut. It's like a bandage. The big cut is in my upper fat roll so it needs a little support. Once it heals it should be ok.

How long were you sore for?

I didn't get the PM. I wonder if it's coz I just have the app on my phone. Hmm I'll keep searching.

The degas has made me feel a bit better but still full of gas. I'll have another one before bed.

I'm pretty tired today. Because of where my biggest cut is I have to have a combine. My sister who's a nurse redid it. Showering is hard I want to wash my hair. I might try do it tomorrow I'm just worried about wetting my cuts even though they have waterproof dressing on them. My back gets sore too. I'm still feeling positive I just find it hard to ask for help and feeling a bit venerable.

I'm on Panadol, endone and Somac. The Somac is to protect my stomach. I can't have nutofen coz I get a little reflux and it's bad for it. I'm coping ok and am on free fluids. My awesome sister made me pumpkin Soup. Best Soup I've ever had! Mums going to make me soup tonight. ???? I went for my first walk outside today. Probably about 400 metres but it's a start. After I took 1 endone. Trying to limit the amount I take.

I'm coping really well and haven't once doubted my choice.

How are you going with everything??

I'm well just a but sore but that's to be expected. The worse thing is all the gas. My sisters getting me some degas today.

Not sure about weightloss will weigh myself sometime soon but I'm more focused on feeling better then the weight I've lost.

I'm still in hospital. I should be going home tomorrow. Had a few issues but the main thing is no leaks which is great.

Drain is out!!!! Been for my first walk and eating icypoles and clear fluids. Big day today and tomorrow. Home Friday.

Hey guys. I'm really dehydrated ATM. Waiting for my surgeon to get my drain tube out. Haven't been walking yet I'm sure I will today. Still on oxygen. Bit of gas pain.

I'll give you an update tonight. I'm ok just not where I wanted to be at this stage. Bloody oxygen lol who needs it anyways lol

Hey guys I'm out. Just had my barium swallow...yuck! Waiting on results. I've had issues with breathing and spent last night in ICU. Because of that I haven't been walking but hoping I get my drain out and will be walking in no time.

Leanne I'm doing really well. 5 shakes to go lol. But I'm just taking it as it comes. To be honest I'm surprised at how well I'm doing. A few years ago I'd be an emotional wreck. But all good to go. Hospital bag packed, just bag to pack fur my stay at mums and I'm on my way )

Doing well, 3 days to go. Last day of work. Looking forward to not having shakes!! But I haven't found it too bad which is good. Oh and I've lost 8-9kgs.

I think the photo once a week is a great idea, if that's too much try once a fortnight. You will see the difference more and it means you don't need to rely on the scales.

Bee I'm feeling ok just a real lack of energy so I'm tired and finding it hard to concentrate. Not long to go though so just need to get through this week my boss is super awesome and she's been a massive support so that's been great.

Hey Chez yeah you will get tired....I know I did but then Im always tired haha. I know it's a lot that your going through and your probably going through every emotion under the sun right now, but in a months time you will feel so good and it will be all done We are all excited enough for you haha Bee you poor thing being sick from snacking....see I have never had that only when I trie to take a Vitamin in the early days and it didn,t want to go down so almost came up but I fought it lol I think I have more stretch and give in my stomach being that I have had the band. Apparently it's works better for you if you have never had the band done in the first place. HAHA about the smokin hot lols.....not at all but I didn't feel insecure about myself which I havent been like that in the longest time so that was good. Only have 1 photo of myself that I tried to take of me my son and his partner but it ended up just me my sons partner and half of my sons head haha...will try to upload see if it works????

6 days to go now, this time next week I'll be all done oh and I found out I'm first in for surgery yay!! Soooo glad I don't have to sit around and wait all say long.

Only a week to go now. On Monday June 2 I'll be in the post op camp. I'm going ok, I've noticed that when I'm out and about I get really tired after an hour of walking around. I'm not excited which is weird. I'm just ok. A bit like the calm before the storm. 7 days to go
