  4. maybe try ensure clear protein drinks. They have almost 200 calories, but still help meet your protein goal.

Why are you with someone who is so unsupportive? Maybe she is jealous? Feeling threatened you are looking too good and might leave? I donno, just my 2 cents.

Well when it comes down to it, you can only control your own actions, attitudes and acceptance level. You can stay in a relationship you KNOW is not going anywhere, and hope and wish that things will change. But if you already know, (I know in my heart we're not meant to be, the love is there...but not much else.. IDK.) what are you wasting your time for???

good for you for putting the scale away. you look fabulous! love the facial expression in the before pic. hilarious!
  8. scales are dumb. many of us get so obsessed.
  9. Which part is the stomach? I can see the staple line, but hard to tell. Hey is that a coffee bean in there?
  10. You sound depressed. Talk to someone about it, like your PCP. Consider some counseling. Basically you have two choices: accept the current situation, or change it. (remember, accepting something doesn't mean you have to like it.) This process requires a good chunk of patience, both before and after. Good Luck!
