Hey group!! Hope everyone is well and I wanted to tell you that I finally hit onederland a few days ago and am officially 100lbs down from surgery day Oct 7th. Yay!!

Wow! I can lose pounds, but you, my dear, have lost years!

Thanks!! It's definitely the shortest it's ever been, and I'm so glad I went for it. Honestly, I cut it out of necessity. I have fine hair, and to me the hairloss was becoming too noticeable. The bob helped a lot.

155 this week. Met my goal for this challenge and my overall goal!

I've been struggling a bit in that I've reached that point where the sleeve has really done it's part and now it's time for me to need to WORK for the losses. I've been a whole month with no appreciable changes, just fluctuations of 3 lbs up and down the scale. Then I pulled out two photos taken a year apart and realize that I've come a long way already. I have nothing to be discouraged about and realize that this last 25 lbs. is just going to take some patience, planning, and persistence.

We have a few nice Asian restaurants that have lunch specials; 2 rolls and a salad for $10. I go with my local surgery pals and we share. It's very little food, but I can't even eat an entire roll, so...
