Another 10/21 sleever here!! I am doing pretty well, but the bigger left upper abdomen incision is still bothering me quite a bit. When I walk, it really hurts. I'm taking lortab once or twice a day but that left side is really not comfortable. I've been getting most of my Protein and liquids in, drinking mio Water, cream Soups and at least one Protein Shake per day. The best news is----I'm down 15 pounds!!! SW 217 CW 202. I should be in one-derland in a couple days!!! This surgery recovery is a bit bumpy but the weight loss more than makes up for it!!

I was sleeved Monday too!!! I felt so weak on Clear Liquids so I called my doctors office and they cleared me to move to full liquids. I had some cream of chicken Soup last night and I thought I was in heaven!! Now two more weeks of full liquids and I'll be on to mushies, yay!!! I am 12 pounds down total. Keep pressing on!!!

I am so glad to see some others getting sleeved this week!! This liquid diet is so hard. I'm literally starving all the time!!! At least it's almost over, right??

I am in the DFW area. Self pay but my insurance is covering the hiatal hernia repair portion so not as much OOP for me. I am on day 6 of my pre op liquid diet and it is hard!!!!
