Two weeks in... Down 20 lbs! Still on liquids per Dr Dyer at Centennial. But I added Protein Shakes and carb smart yogurt. Great recipe- put one scoop Protein Powder in a small container of Greek yogurt with sliced strawberries on top! Yum! Lots of protein!!!
