I highly recommend it to any other former Peanut Butter junkies (like myself), or newbies (also like myself) who are looking to change up their boring old Protein shakes. Super nervous and excited! Have to be at the hospital at 5am! Been dealing with a monster headache all day but it's all good! My new life begins tomorrow! Yay!!!

My surgery is Friday and I'm sure I'm going through with it, but it's very scary and the unknowns really mess with my head..good luck with your surgery I'm sure you will do great

Yes i am in this month on the 27th i am 42 i am here thinking about the life change i am 244 Lord this is my size pregnant gain spool my weight after children they are all grown now it's time for me i Hate beening over weight my Husband Don't want me to have it but he is trying to come around but this is for me I've Never been over weight this is crazy but i Courts do it for Me!!!!

I am surprised so many people are on liquid diets for so long preop mine made me buy there products but I'm very thankful it's food just restricted to 800-900 cal a day till surgery

I'm on my 2nd day of preop diet getting very excited
