My Doc approved exercise after 45 days, upper and lower only...... Mid will have to wait 1- year.

You look great in the dress and I love your shoes! I was sleeved o 8/31, 36 lbs down I went shopping with my hubby today and could not believe I too fit in a size 14, loving life!

My nut told be those vitamins are not suffice, not enough vitamins

I told my husband and my kids, they were very supportive .... I told a coworker, who told me I was taking the easy way out....NOT! My family members act like they don't see a difference after a loss of 36 lbs. Be careful who you share this with, not ALL are supportive. The decision to move forward with your surgery is the best thing ever. I love what I see everyday. Good luck!

NO WAY!!!!!

I was told by my close friend that I was taking the easy route ... Easy route???? It is not, the surgery is a tool that we need. I am soooo happy I did it. Surgery date, 8/14 and 30 lbs down..no plus size for me, I am wearing a size 14 jeans,,,,, loving the new me. I told that close friend, my son, my daughter, my mom and my husband. Let me tell you that my family members including my sister have not said a word about my weight loss.... How about that? You don't have to tell the world.

I too have achieved my first goal of weighing in under 200 lbs. it feels great to walk in my closet and grab a T-shirt and jeans and just GO! AND.... I can shop at the regular size stores!!!!! No more plus size for me
