    Discovered my 1st food NEMESIS tonight. I Had some spicy soup and DUMPING was immediate! Always ate a lot of spicy stuff prior to VSG. That may well be over.

      Ha Ha..that is exactly what I had. 1/2 cup of Hout and sour soup from a chinese restaurant. Always a big fav for me too, before, during and after chemo. I think like you, though, it is now in the enemy camp! Oh my talk about immediate "I gotta go now"...wowzer!

      YAY! Good for you! I'm scheduled to begin the journey to the new me Monday morning at 7:30a.m. sharp! I've already packed my back for the hospital..lol

    Had my last appt. on yesterday. Paperwork has been submitted to the insurance (Cigna). Tentative surgery date is December 19th @ 10:30am
