I understand what you're going through. I'm glad I had it because I'm being forced to make the right choices. I also hate that I had it done because I'm forced to make the right choices. I'm 5 weeks post up and have lost a total (including pre-op) 40 lbs. It gets easier everyday but just because I only have a small portion of my stomach less, it doesn't make the cravings stop. Try to remember why you wanted it done in the first place. For me....I want to be healthy..bottom line. I also have children and grandchildren I want....no need...to be around for. Hang it there!
