  1. So, for some reason these updates never "notified" me like they used to. I kind of hate the new site. I had to go through the forums to find this thread. It may be me sucking with changing technology, but I found it easier to use the old site. Now that I have the number I can make a plan. Promise to call tomorrow.

    :)

  2. That's right, damn you men! Haha. I am so happy for you! Onederland seemed like such a dream at that start, now we are both here. Been fighting with this website for a week, now I am finally back. Been hitting Planet Fatness (old habits die hard) here in the Bush three times a week. Struggling with snacking, but getting a better grip on it. Almonds are like crack to me, I need to keep them out of the house. And my hair is falling out in clumps now. What is that about? I thought it would be over by now. I don't regret for one minute having this surgery. I wish I had done it sooner. Rensterness, we need to meet for coffee.< /p>

  3. Mine started at two weeks post-op. I was drinking Protein Shakes at the time and still do. I am two months out and am still losing it by the clump. I take Biotin and my Vitamins faithfully. Thank God I had alot of hair to begin with. I think it is luck of the draw honestly. My hair started falling out about a month after my c-section 14 years ago. It stopped after three months and came in curly. Absolutely think mine has to do with the "shock" to my system.

  4. Today will be the hardest......emotionally preparing as well as the liquid diet. One more day until your new life begins! Everyone at the hospital is very calming and it goes by so quick once you check in. The power of positive thinking will get you through. Just imagine where you will be in one month, six months and a year from now. Unrecognizable as your former self! The surgery will go smooth, the pain will be less than you imagined and your recovery quick. So excited for you!
