Jammin & Losin

Glad to see this thread.... I actually was gonna post about pregnancy and the band....but decided too do a search to see if anyone else had any info lingering around cyber space on LBT... My husband saiid yesterday that before I have any plastic surgery...tummy tuck ect...he wants to have another baby...I was shocked...our daughter is 6 and he has never even mentioned having another one until now!! WOW what a shock he said he was just wanting me to get healthier before he said anything...our first baby was born 6 weeks early... BIG SCARE!!! So I think we have both been worried that until I lost alot of weight that a pregnancy was just completly out of the question ...but now it seems like the time is coming closer to being right!!!! So I think I will lose at least 20 or 30 more pounds and then stop taking the good old birth control!!!! Any suggestions are hepful...please keep posting your experiences ...it could help some of us that are worried about pregnancy and the band!!!! congrats to those with band babys on the way!!!!!!

WOW on your weight loss!!! I too am looking into plastic surgery!!! I'm at 165 from 265 and feel that to continue on in my weight loss journey ... I need a plastic surgeon!! Good luck to you in your continued efforts!!! I love my band!!!

Well ... I became Jammin & Losin because MY name is Jamie and I was hoping I would be Jammin with my weight loss after I was banded !!! So far 100 pounds down in 14 months I'd have to say... I've lived up to my name sake!! LOL!!

This is so funny I printed a copy and I'm taking it to work to show the girls what my goal is!!! LOL!!!

A friend of mine has one it was the $99 one. I got on it one day at her hoiuse and I would say it woorks....you can feel it in your stomach after doing only a few. At first it is weird cause you feel like you might tip upside down all the way.but once you get the hang of oit it is kinda cool!!! I've been wanting one I just keep putting it off!! Thinking maybe I should just join the gym!!!:faint:

Make her a card that comes straight from your heart...this may be the last chance you get to express your feelings for her...but it could be a new begining of many years to come so have a good out look even when things look bad they can have a good ending....don't treat her like this could be her last mothers day...treat it like its her first!!! Buy her flowers... to me they represent "LIFE"..... Good vibes being sent your way!!!

Sounds like a good alternative to carbonated beverages to me...but don't get to carried away!!! LOL!!! I'll have to try those on my next walmart trip!!!

Julie you really have a great outlook on all this. Its good to see you post the things you would change about your ps. My motto has been do it all at once and get it over with...but now I see that this isn't the best way... I guess I should rethink and have some of my ps done seperatly.Hang in there and keep posting for those of us looking in to ps it sounds like a drastic process to go through!!! Good luck!

Gosh..... this is scary stuff!!!! I'm thinking of checking in to have some PS done but after reading this I'm shaking in my bat wings I mean skin!!! LOL!!!! I really need a tummy tuck and my arms done for sure!! Seroiously this is something that most people don't think will ever turn into something so hard on your health.Thanks for sharing and keep us posted . I sure hope in the end it will be all worth it for you....you are such an inspiration to the rest of us !!!!

I love onions as well (tic-tac-anyone)LOL!!! Anyway...they don't bother me if they are cut up very small when they are raw. I also eat them just fine when cooked till they are soft.

Trish you really should get a different dr and get this guy for malpractic so he doesn't do this same thing to someone else!!!! If you do nothing.... and no one knows he doesn't know what he is doing .....then he will have tons of patients that will go through the same thing you have gone through. Some body has to speek up about this guy. I can'y believe he didn't just take out the stiches!!! (((HUGS))

Thanks everybody. Robyn~ Yes you can add me to the 100 club I'm proud to finally be there. I'm thrilled that I can inspiration to you all...I deffinaly feel like I have days I could do better. Each day is new and can be a fresh start...so I just get up and try to do good today and worry about tomorrow...tomorrow. I never thought I'd lose this much and for that I'm just gratful that I have. :clap2: I love you all thanks for all your suport and I love my band!!! Hubby has been trying to move our computer around. We got a wall unit computer desk with shelves above it..hoping to get scanner up and working and some pictures posted soon!!! You should see this room right now!!!! Clutter city!!!!
