      I do work out a few times a week summer is hard with the kids so

      I take them swimming so I swim a few laps and do some water exercises 3/times a week

    Been feeling rather blah the past few days...with my knee messed up Im feeling like Im loosing momentum

    My knee has been hurting me for almost 4 weeks now went to the Er last week told me its sprained and I have arthritis. So today I still am in a lot of pain Dr tells me he thinks I tore my mignisous (sorry spelling) and now I have to start physical therapy...but I'm not going to let it stop me I'll just keep hobbling along.
