Congrats! I'm right around there with you!

My surgery is tomorrow and I'm freaking out. I'm so scared of complications. What if I don't wake up? Should I write goodbye letters to my kids and husband "just in case". I had Lapband 2 years ago and I don't remember being this scared and nervous. :/

I thought about writting a letter to my daughter but I couldn't stop balling enough to even get through the first sentence. Just think, soon you'll be healthier happier and stronger for your husband, your kids and most importantly for you!! You've come this far, you can do this! Prayers are with you!

Today is day 2 for me! The orange dream flavored Protein Shake got me through yesterday. Lets hope it does the same today.

Ohhhh MandaPanda, you're not being dramatic and I feel your pain! I had to order lunch for the board members at work today, and it smells amazing. Started my liquid diet so guess I'll just sit back and enjoy this Orange Dream Protein shake!

So my surgery date is August 21, 2013(!!!YAY!!!) right smack dab in the middle of what was supposed to be my cycle. I was freaking out when I realized it. Really didnt wan't or need one more thing to worry about. Luckly I woke up this morning and there she was! Way way early, which never happens, but hey I'm good with that. Idk if i could handle the surgery and the cycle at the same time.
