What's the name of the Protein hot chocolate?

See before surgery I drank coffee every morning. My nutritionist said if you have to drink half Decaf half reg.

With the winter holidays around the corner. I am just curious if anyone still drinks coffee or hot chocolate. Is there tricks?

I have drank milk an ate some pudding it didn't take me long to get full...I guess that what I am supposed to feel..but some family was eating pizza and I felt like I could eat that too...I didn't try cause I didn't want to get sick or bust a staple line.

Hey everyone I am 3 days post op doing my best to drink all the Water and liquids possible..as well as slow but I don't feel different? Like I am not hungry/ starving but I feel like I could chug a glass of water if I had too. I haven't tried. Is this weird?

My surgery is tomorrow and I am not sure of what all to pack. What is everyone bringing? For those who have had the surgery was there something you wish you had brought?

My biggest issue is that the PCP I've had for years retired last month and closed his office. I have yet to even find a new PCP and when I do' date=' I'm not sure my first appointment will go over well when I'm only there for them to write a letter:( Everything else is going so smoothly too so this is very frustrating![/quote']

I kinda had that problem, I had to find a new PCP and I told them what I was there for and they acted like they had people in there for that all the time. And where actually glad I was doing something about being overweight.
