I'm with yall. The Protein nake me sick I've tried so many different ones. I've been eatin greek yogurt. Cottage cheese. Peanut Butter. eggs. And tuna tryin to get as much protein as I can. Just got some new Protein Drinks. One is iso 100 and tge other is nectar fuzzy navel. Which I can do but in very little amounts.

Left day of surgery. Right one month post op down 36 lbs

Same as above. I can tell in my face and stomach has gone down a little bit.

Before 315 after 288. Only two weeks after surgery

One it will b but it will b well worth it pretty soon

Hw: 277 Sw: 253 Cw: 168 Gw: 150. Had Surgery March 19th. 5 months out now. I've loss a total combine from my highest weight is 109 pounds. From surgery weight is 85 pounds. So far so good. No regrets. Life has change for da best for me

Well I'm now day 1 of being home. Post op day 3 ice chips made me sick. Crystal light and Water have been decent but they cant be cold. My problem is the Protein Shakes make me feel sick. Going to try different shakes that aren't choc or vanilla flavored. Any suggestions????

I have cigna as well. in which i had to do the 4 weight management visits. and it only took a week to get my approval!! good luck ladies ...i just kept calling my dr office every few days until i got an answer!!
