  4. I'm about 15 minutes West of Danbury Ct.
  5. I was just going to do a flat price for everything, depending. There's waaaaaay too many clothes to take pictures of everything. If you tell me what type (jeans/dresses etc) you are most interested in... I will go through the bags and make a separate one for you and take some pics. We could figure out a price maybe from there.
  6. I am almost three months out... Haven't 'barged' yet but I have come close. What is sliming? I've read it a couple times on here and just curious...
  7. My first 'selfiie'. My heaviest on the left 3 months after my daughter was born. Right... Today. My birthday an a little over 2 months out. 188lbs. 51 lbs down. Woohoo!
  8. guys, I hear ya! I went out for lunch today to a Mexican restaurant. My eyes are still sooooo much bigger than my stomach. I am 2 months out (down almost 50 lbs!) and had no idea what to order. Settled on the shrimp fajitas w/out the tortilla of course. Btw, I could only eat 3 shrimp... Next time it's an appetizer for sure!
  9. I had heard potassium too.... Just looked it up. Since both potassium and magnesium are minerals they act as electrolytes. Leg cramps can be caused by a deficiency of either one.
  10. It's my understanding that they are caused by a lack of magnesium
  11. Sleeved 8/25. Day of surgery 239. Heaviest 270. Today, 192. Feels good to hit onederland!
  12. Same thing happened to me and I freaked! Thought I had a leak and went to see my surgeon. Turns out it was gas and he told me to lay off the pain meds... Yep a little embarrassing.
  13. Hysterical!! I've lost a human leg and an average size cat!
  14. If your def interested send me a private message and we can go from there. I can also sort through an pick out articles your more interested in. Clothes are in great condition. Especially the jeans : ) some worn only once!!
  15. Sorry! I'm a first timer. I live in NY. I will ship in boxes... 1 box, 2, or all 4. They're up for grabs. Not sure of an estimate. I will try to find out.
  16. Hi all! Just cleaned out my closet... 4 huge bags of jeans, shirts, jean jackets, dresses, button downs, black dress pants. Just too many to count and way to many to take pictures. Sizes vary from 18-22. Best offer plus shipping.
  17. I was extremely nauseous after surgery mosty because of the pail medication. The nurses gave me anti nausea meds intravenously
  18. I felt it really important to comment again... We have all at some point in our lives, been ridiculed, make fun of, put down, judged etc for our weight and decisions regarding food. When does it stop? sometimes I wished someone would just listen, be nice...treat me with respect and dignity. Why is it that while in a support forum for weight loss surgery does someone get judged? This is supposed to be a safe place to get support and encouragement. If you can't be positive and helpful well, just don't say anything at all. What gives you that right? Put your self back into that situation when you felt ridiculed etc... And remember before you judge another. Words hurt.
  19. What's been working for me.... anytime I'm hungry I just force myself to have a protein shake and tell myself the hunger will go away soon. Whenever unhealthy food finds its way near me, I just remove myself. It takes a lot of will power sometimes but I know it's worth it. Hang in... I think the key is to replace the hunger with something positive and worthwhile.
  20. I feel your pain (hunger). I had three weeks of a liquid diet and the whole 'you won't feel hungry thing' missed me completely. On puréed food now and I finally understand what that means. I'm 6 weeks out and doing well. Hang in...
  21. I had a wedding exactly 4 weeks out. I spoke to my Dr. And nut about it and they said a glass of white wine was ok and to mix w 1/2 water. I've had another glass since and tolerated it well both times. There's a lot of opinions about this. Make sure you talk to your nut about it
