    April 3rd!

I was sleeved on April 4th. I have been losing but a lot slower than most. So far I am down 68lbs have about 70 more to reach my goal so I've lost half in six months. It's been a fight for each pound these past two months. I eat between 600-800 cal a day. Get 70-100grms of protein in and do very little steady exercise my knees r still very painful and it's hard to use my treadmill asking for an exercise bike for my birthday. Maybe it will be easier to do enough to matter. Congrats to all of u! Best decision I've ever made!

    hair loss

I was having the same issue. I was sleeved in April and by July I too was leaving a trail of hair. When I showered it would come out in my hands and every time I brushed I got a brush-full of hair. I was to the point of panicking I might go bald I just did all the dr said( biotin twice a day upped my protein ) and tried to keep it braided brushing the least amt possible and washing it less. He said I'd see a difference in about three months and I have. It still is coming out a bit but not in the bulk that it was. I think me stressing about it was making it even worse so I avoided thinking about it(hence the braid, lol). Don't worry. It does get better.
  3. I will sometimes add grilled shrimp to my husbands meal then get a side of a veg or take a few bites of his. Otherwise I be sure to order something I know will be good for several more meals.
  4. Don't know how to inbox u. But could use the jeans if still available.
  5. We'll guess my stall is official. No loss this week :-( so frustrating

    Recumbant bikes

Am thinking of putting this on my birthday/Christmas wish list. Due to painful knees thought it might be more effective exercise for me, especially if I can actually use it. I can only do about ten min on my treadmill then my knees start catching and feel like pins being stuck in them. Anyone have one and is it a good workout ?

So THATS what I do is called. Lol
  17. Very awesome! U should be proud!
  18. My pre-op was shakes and clear broth for one week. Lost like 6-7 lbs. day three was hardest. That and knowing that for two weeks after surgery it was pretty much the same thing. Felt like an eternity before I was to start the puréed stage. Which I thought would be gross but tasted heavenly after just liquids. Lol. Looking at the puréed foods does take a shift in ur thought process though But at almost six months out and 65 lbs down ...... Absolutely worth it! Still have 75-80 more to go but loving this decision !

    Anznbevsvbsbskzkskk

I know it's frustrating I had to wait many years to be in a place where I could do this for myself. And it still was a struggle. Don't take it as a year to do this or that. Just do each day at a time. Put away what u can and keep going. It will be completely worth the time and effort. I wish u the very best. Try to keep positive.
