I have a rant! I have a co-worker that's constantly complaining, says off the wall comments to me. Likes to be a drama queen per say. Yesterday at work we had a confrontation, which she started. My surgery is the 28. I don't want to lose my job, but I want so bad to read her loud annoying a$$. She belittled me right in front of my co-workers. I bet she feels like I'm her puppet. Now would you handle her in a professional way? Lord please give me strength!

Did you have any incisions go thru your belly button? How has your recovery been?

I have bcbsfl state employees group I was approved in one hour. I guess state and federal are kinda similar. My surgery is the 28, best of luck to you.

I'm on my preop diet to shrink my liver? Have you heard of anyone not having surgery due to an enlarged liver? My current weight is 227. I don't want to get to small before surgery and lose 100 lbs after surgery. Worried about my hair falling out too.

I tried the chocolate flavor, it's ok. Does anyone like the whey shakes after surgery? I'm using it for my preop diet. It has 30 grams of protein. Wondering if I should buy more its only 15.98

My coordinator called Bcbs after their conference call which lasted over an hour, I was approved.

My coordinator was on the phone for over an hour with the insurance company getting approval. I have a Cadillac policy being I am a state employee. No special privileges here just had the BMI requirement and the co morbidities that went along with it.

I feel like I won the Lottery! Blessedness on your approval.

My coordinator said within 2 years. Not necessarily the 6 months before you submit to insurance.

Anyone work for BCBS, or anyone have bcbsfl and know their requirements for wls? Are state and federal policies similar?
