  3. My experience, mask was awful, as they put it on you air blows out at you, and it freaked me out. Felt a little claustrophobic! The full mask I just couldn't do it, but luckily they had others there for you, I ended up with a nose only one and done great the rest of the night! Good luck!
  4. This picture on the left was me until 8-21-13, then I started pre-op diet. Now I weigh 229...but the pics are still a pretty good change...

  6. I'm 10 days out a d it's been running for a few days now, I hope it goes away soon!
  7. I asked my doctor about taking it yesterday, and he said all you need is your protein, that the Biotin doesn't work. Do I believe this, maybe, maybe not! Just letting everyone know that's what mine said...who knows:)

  11. Sleeved on the 28th, still wearing yoga pants and tank or Tshirts. Came home in pajama pants and tshirt. Still sleeping in our huge recliner, hurts my right side to sleep in bed! But I do wear jeans in public:)

  16. 8 days post op and I've lost a 2 year old, looking forward to losing a 2 month old horse!!
  17. I was exactly 1 week out yesterday and I had a meltdown also! My son is 9 months old, and I have never been frustrated with him, and yesterday I was:( now I feel guilty:( I was ugly with everyone yesterday, I'm sick of liquids, sick if crushed pills, I'm exhausted, just ready to feel normal, body feels great but head is crazy right now! Same here got a good nights sleep and got to start my shakes today and feel better!

  19. Sounds like me!! Appointment tomorrow, sleeved on 8/28, but I think I have 1 more week of liquids...uugghh!!!
  20. I had mine done on 8/28/13, and honestly I feel like I haven't had anything done! I think the first 3-4 days are the worst! I took my meds every 4 hours until the 3rd day, then just at night. As soon as they will let you, get your butt up and walk, walk, walk!!! It gives you motivation and helps with gas! Good luck, you will do just fine:)
