  2. Thank you all I'll just stick to the pureed and liquids and call the doc tomorrow he'll prob tell me the same thing you all are telling me. I thought for sure I'd be ok with it but i thought wrong, which its ok and I'll start soft foods next week THANKS AGAIN!!!
  3. I'm two Weeks out and the surgeon said i can move on to soft foods. I tried tuna and used fat free mayo and left it a lil bit watery. I threw it all up, how long did it take you all to actually be able to get some solid foods down comfortably? It was even hard for me to eat a bite of a scrambled egg :/
  4. I had to have one :/ it was uncomfortable to say the least and got it out 8 days after surgery
  5. Wow you look great! Congrats God luck on the rest off your journey and think off it this way if you don't quite make to where you want to be... you have defiantly made great forward moving progress so far!!!!

  15. I had my lap band (nightmare) for two years, btw I had so many problems with mine. After one year i had to have it revised because it prolapsed and once it was done the doctor never refilled the band, but i continued to have many problems with it, not being able to take deep breaths, having the worst time ever just to get a burp out,& most of all the worst shoulder pain. I am truly thankful for yhe sleeve now down 15lbs 9days out! Good luck on your journey
  16. Impressive and extremely motivational!!! I'm only 9 days out but def. Can't wait to really get down at the gym congrats!!!!
  17. Lol! I kinda thought that too... but after i had my Lap band revised i was back at it within two days... Lol!
  18. I had the lap band for two years and my doctor wanted to do the removal and replacement of the sleeve all at once. So, it was done all at once on July 15th. I must say that I have lost 15 lbs in 9 days which is simply marvelous, I just wish it was a bit easier to adjust my eating (drinking) my food, It is a huge difference from the two in terms of recuperating and eating styles. Im in for the long term changes here and I'm on the fence here... But no turning back now! Lol! I have to keep telling myself... it will all be worth it in the end
