It has been a while since I have been on this site however, all is well. I am still striving to meet my goal weight. I celebrated 2 yrs in December. I have 85 more lbs to lose to reach goal. I have been putting my Fitbit to good use. If any of you guys have a fitbit look me up.

I am amazed at the fact that I almost 100 lbs lighter. I can't believe this. So very happy right now.

63 lbs gone. 9 weeks post op. I feel great.

As of tomorrow December 1st, I can start my count down to the improved me. December 19th is my big day.

Got the offical word from my surgeons office that I have been approved by my Insurance company for the surgery. December 19th @ 10:30am i will undergo surgery for Verticle Sleeve Gastrectomy. So excited.

Had my last appt. on yesterday. Paperwork has been submitted to the insurance (Cigna). Tentative surgery date is December 19th @ 10:30am

I had my inital evaluation with the Dietician on yesterday. The visit went well. Getting closer to the other side each week.

I had my Ultrasound this moring at 8:30. The radiology tech told me everything looked great. My Gall bladder, Kidneys and Liver were all clear. I meet with the nutrionist this Week as well.

Saw the Surgeon for the 1st time yesterday. He was nice and made me feel comfortable. He ordered me to have an Ultrasound of my gallbladder. I called and scheduled that for Sunday August 18th. We ar moving.

Excited and Nervous all at the same time. Today i meet with the Surgeon.

First appt. with the Surgeon scheduled for next Thursday 08/15/2013. So excited yet nervous.

I saw my PCP on yesterday and had my physcial. Everything looks good. I got her approval to have the surgery. She does not feel i need to have a sleep study which is fine with me. My EKG was great. I will have my blood work done on Saturday morning. Scheduled to see the surgeon for the first time on 5/15/2013.

I saw your pictures (before and after) you are such an inspiration. I noticed your current and goal weight, you look so much smaller than the current weight. Have you experienced any sagging of skin since lossing over 100lbs?

This time next week (8/05/2013) i will be seeing my PCP for my physical and letter of agreement stating she feels that i am a good patinet for the VSG surgery :0)

I had my Psych Evaluation last night and it went very well. The doctor said she feels confident that i will benefit well from the surgery. I should have my signed papers from her next week. Now i just have to make it to August to have all of my inital evaluation/consult visits with my PCP, Surgeon and Nutrionists.

Excited about this journey to weight loss. My psych evaluation is scheduled for 07/25/2013.
