Sleeved!!! Surgery went well. I stayed 2 nights in the hospital, planned on one but I was so nauseated they kept me a second night as I wasn't drinking enough to go home. For me the worst part was the pain meds and anesthesia. when I asked for them to stop with the morphine, I felt 100% better. The pain is not that bad, maybe a 6. Glad to be over that hump!!

anyone else struggling with the preop diet??? I have TERRIBLE headaches and I am STARVING! Surgery is Aug 1st and This is making me second guess my choice!!!!

Right there with you!! I have been going to bed early and watching netflix ( no food commercials)!!! We can do this only one more day for you!!

I started preop diet today.

Hi! I'm a teacher in Texas. My job is very interesting!! Previously I taught 3rd grade math and science but now at a new school district. So' date=' I teach 6-8 students social studies. All of these students have failed a grade in the past. I also teach a high school online program. This program is for students who are behind on credits and need to graduate. Then, I have DAEP!! This is your behavioral program for those who have been through other programs and this is their last resort for discipline within the district. Needless to say, everyday I see something new! I work with students with LD in math and some students with autism. I love, love, love my job????

I have appetizer forks and spoons to help me slow down and take small bites.

I have survived 4 days of my 4 week liquid diet and it gets easier each day! My biggest concern is that my surgery date is one week before school starts. I will have my room ready and will have weeks worth of lessons completed' date=' but I am concerned that I may not feel ready. I teach Special Education and fear missing the first few days. We are sleeve buddies!! I'm really scared about this pre op diet. I start on Thursday too. Just picked everything up from the surgeon for it. What kind of Protein shakes are you going to use?

We did taste tests and the unjury Protein was okay, not gritty at all. U must order online.

my surgeon says anything the size of M and M is ok. the Pristiq I Take is about that size.

I start the liquid diet on Tuesday. I feel like that will be the hardest part ????
