3 weeks post op, down 23 lbs, 105lbs total!! Not going to weigh myself at all in September.

2 weeks post-op, down 16 pounds, only 2 pounds away from losing 100 pounds total!! SO EXCITED.

6 days into pre-op, 11 pounds down. Discovering that keeping my carbs as close to zero as possible and drinking a couple of gallons per day is the key!

3 days into pre-op liquid diet, 7 pounds down! Feeling pretty good, this isn't as bad as I thought it would be.
