I believe in keeping an eye on your levels especially when one is not eating much

Eat protein first, then your fruits and Vegs and drink lots of water

If they don't support your decission then let it go, you are getting this done for u, there is a lot of positive feedback on here

I have not had the surgery yet and find that their are a lot of positive feedback on this forums, so newbies don't get scared off, if your feel that the sleeve is right for u then do it, everyone looses at a different rate and if you hit a stall then go back to 5 days of liquid it will give u a push

Keep all receipts and claim on your income tax also. So does Alberta Heath pay for out of country surguries? I am Paying my own
