You had a sleeve...? Pre op here but I'm almost 300 lbs, your under 180 at start point???

hey there everyone, hope all is well! i am on T minus 3 days till i will be having surgery! i am ready! i just want to be 3 months from now working out at the gym stage but i know i have a road to jump on and start walking on first.... i am on the liquid stage, and feel like i could eat a cow! i am not hungry till i am hungry, i have a shake and do just fine... i just would like to eat something and chew it up and taste the taste or meat with ketchup! this "sweet-no taste" shake stuff isnt a burger by anymeans!!!!!!!!!! last night i had a soup that i bought thinking it would be good... out of the 10 i got 1 was bad, aweful, and just down right NASTY! i powered thru because i am broke till payday (thursday). with buying all the vitamins and protein shakes and etc i needed it was a little costly just bam out the door... i am super suckered just from not having anything in me to "fuel" me... i went to bed at 8 and got up at 3 with tummy pains and rolled on the floor for about a half hour... i think it was mostly because i hadnt poo'd in a few days... well finially went and it was like rabbit turds sorry tmi. as i sit here at my desk i just want to lay me head down and nap for like 2 solid hours. hope everyone is doing well on their diets and journeys.... please add me as a friend i would love to keep up with people who are also keeping up with me! love ellie

i am here for ya if you need anything too! i am new and having my FRIDAY! i hope that it gets better for you! i keep thinking, i read this and think what am i doing!!!!! but i know it is worth it...

so i thought it would be better at work.......... WRONG!!!!!!!! not really but i am torn in half... i actually took a friend to lunch and he had 4 chicken sandwiches from McD and i was actually not dying there.. i cae back and had my LARGE Jello i made and my shake... which was good but now its 4:30 and i think i could chew my arm off if i wouldnt make a mess! haha JK i get to eat cream based Soup which is nice i found some new kind that is really filling..... i also did get my pre-op call from the office today and they told me i have to do a poo poo drink for dinner thursday before surgery... which means i will get NO sleep i bet unless its sitting up on the potty.

I am too at liquid stage (surgery is Friday). I am doing good also. Adkins makes a Carmel coffee shake that is amazing!!!! This weekend I cleaned and tried to keep busy!!! Yogurt, Jello and Popsicles are by friend! I think work will be a breeze I don't much snack there but the watching tv and lounging at home is killing me to want something I also cleaned out the pantry of things I am giving my mom (stuff that will go bad before I could think of eating again) I also spent Saturday baking cookies! The surgery department is like family (mom works there) and I bake all the time for them... That was hard not just trying one. I have to make my orange cream cake Thursday before surgery. God help me lol

Well its FRIDAY and i am starting my Liquid Pre-OP diet today. i have to goto the store tonight to get stuff because i was just not feeling being in the store yesterday... it was rainy and gross outside. i am ready for this new life tho i can tell you! for starters i work in a container yard with all guys and i get dirty alot... so i go thru jeans like water... well i have about 4 pair right now that are on let me tell you their LAST LEG!!!!!! one pair i am so afraid to wear because they are worn so bad that right where the leg rubbs its dang near see thru! so i have refused to buy new anything because starting today i hope to be NOT BUYING size 24-26 ANYTHING!!!!!! i am lucky to the fact i have a huge box of stuff that someone gave me of 20, 18, 16, 14 jeans and they are super cute... let me tell you this weekend i am going to redo my closet so that i have the stuff ready for me when i can close that buttom and it NOT HURT more to come Ellie

i started to get samples in the mail! it so exciting!!!!!!!! liquid diet started today and so far i am doing okay (yea i am on only 10 hours of it i know LAUGHING OUT LOUD) i had for Breakfast (drive to work) the atkins Cafe carmel shake and if you like carmel and coffee... its AMAZING it tasked like the one from Mcdonalds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I have a large mass and the doc is going to remove this mass and do a gastric sleeve. Insurance is making me wait 30 days. Help Anyone have this issue, So update.

good question!!!! my dogs are going to be nuts but a pillow and just having to make sure its not hurting i am sure! its like a cut... just beware lol
