  1. What can you possibly eat that you have time to both prepare and consume that has the required 60-80 G protein a day?
  2. Ok so I get the 60-80 g of protein I have to force myself to eat , and low to no fat, and of course no sugar, but how many grams of carbs am I allowed to have a day? Apparently moving fwd for the rest of my life everything has to counted all the time. Got it. So I can't find on anything from the office how many carbs one can have ?
  3. Please don't get angry outbursts, but what happens to you if you eat chocolate, like in small amounts.
  4. Eating is going to be a pain in the ass chore that I don't have time to deal with. I no longer have a choice. So something so human like enjoying is gone I've accepted that. Good thing I have enough else to keep me busy, and after this much living hell there be some weight loss with this much f**king sacrifice.
  5. I had dr Scarborough from the same office, and didnt have those complications. I'm so sorry. I was sleeved on July 2nd and doing great. Tlc is awesome.
  6. You know how you have to take the vitamins at certain times apart from the other vitamins? Does it matter if you eat while taking the MTV, vitamin d , or calcium?
  7. What is the deal with carbonation ? I can't even have 8 oz of red bull? I drink no diet coke- no coke products nothing
  8. Pretty well. Getting protein and water intake ok. Stated purée phase on Wednesday. Go to the dr for 2 wk post op visit and to the nutritionist on Friday. Very fatigued, but doing ok so far.

  17. CAm someone specify? It takes me less than 10 minutes to drink 8-10 is of shake? Are you guys talking about more than this? Am I supposed to be taking longer to drink these shakes?
  18. If there is no stitch where the pain is and the area is completely unrelated to the surgery, where is the pain coming from? I have same problem went to er the night be last .
  19. I personally think the idea of purring anything is nasty and repulsive. Does anyone have any positive experiences with pureeing ?

  21. Also everyone's body is different, they make these manuals for the mass population, bcause they have no way of knowing what your body will respond to. They and you don't know if you follow exactly the manual that all hell won't break loose at the next scheduled stage.
  22. I had my surgery Tuesday, July 2nd. Went great, not a lot of complaints. The "food" is getting old already, and I'm at complete liquid til day 15 when I get to start stuff of applesauce consistency. I can't wait for the pain to subside so I can go exercise again. Other than that I feel like I am learning a new language!! Kary
