  1. Thank you all for your response. I'm tracking my food and I'm taking in between 90-100 grams of protein. I think I'm not drinking enough water.

  3. Hey guys, I know talking about stalls may be frown upon , but I just have to vent. I don't know what else to do. I'm taking in all my protein, not eating carbs( omg haven't had pasta breads or rice since may ) don't eat junk drink water eat fruits. I walk 4.5 a day. I'm just frustrated. I just want to see that d*** * scale move. Some say I'm not eating enough, not taking enough protein. I know I take my protein because all I eat its proteins . The shakes, chicken, meats and so on. I need help. I'm so discourage.
  4. Wow!!i had my surgery overseas and was back to work in week. I went out to the movie and mall three days after, I guess I can call my self lucky. I had no pain, other than little gas pain. I wish I could break this stall.
  5. I don't get it, how can you guys not feel hungry. Im 11 weeks post op. I'm hungry a lot. Like today I feel like I sabotage my self. Reading how you guys don't get hungry makes me wonder if I'm failing at this weight loss thing I've been stalled for GoD know how long. I eat a lot of protein very little carbs if any and can't seem to brake the plateau.

  7. Thank you for replying. I've been having a weird sensation in my stomach. My muscle aches said I was doing sit-ups but I haven't. I think I over ate or something. Not having any other symptoms .
  8. I'm from jersey sleeved June fist down 35lbs feeling amazing.
  9. Has anyone here knows of someone or maybe had it happened to them. Can you cause a leak after2-3 month post op. and what can cause it. What re the symptoms .
  10. For the past two days I've been having pain in my chest when I swallow its weird like a chocking feeling. It's that something I should worry about. I'm a little concern. Anyone else ever experience this. I was sleeved June 1st and never had any complication
  11. OH NO!!! That's my biggest fear.for how long has your hair been falling out. My hair started falling out too, I lucky to have a full thick hair but I'm loosing a lot. I'm taking vitamin and biotin and some drops my hair dresser puts on my hair, but I don't see any improvement. Good luck
  12. I take in about 90 grams of protein a day every day and take vitamins, I thought I wasn't getting enough so I up it, but I think your body really only absorb so much protein in a day. I will try the biotin and shampoo. Will keep you posted
  13. I started slow, everything input in my mouth has to have a nutritional value, I try to stay away from carbs I eat very little carbs or hardly any. One day at a time, you'll find how quickly you feel full on very little food. Good luck and enjoy the ride
  14. I'm two month out and my hair starting falling out A LOT! I'm scare to go bald or have bald spots. Right now it's not noticeable because I have full thick hair, but at the rate I'm loosing my hair I'm afraid it's going to be noticeable soon. Can some one who's gone through it tell me does its stop on its own, or what did you do to make it stop other than shaving my head lol it wouldn't be pretty. All joking aside I'm worry. Please advise

  17. Some tell me I'm not alone. I'm stall for the past 3 weeks. And people keep telling me to stop getting on the scale, but it's so hard I hear people here 8 weeks out and loosing so much weight. Today I took the battery out the scale and had my son hide it LOL!! Am I alone or is there others like me. Weighing my self everyday. HELP!!! LOL
  18. I'm sorry I don't want to sound ignorant, I've never heard of your procedure before, what exactly is it, Is it like bypass or band. I was sleeve 8 weeks ago, I came from conversion from the band and at the beginning I was eating a lot less amount than I do now, and also Stall for like 3 weeks now. It's driving me crazy. But I just decided to let it be, keep my protein intake up and drink my water. DONT GIVE UP!!! You can do it, you'll have all the support you need here in this site. GOOD LUCK
  19. This is good. I've stall since June 21, I'll be 2 mont August 1st down 32 lbs and some times I feel down but not gonna let the scale determine my life. I know 6 month or a year from now or how ever long it takes me, I will reach my goal.
  20. Welcome to my club, I've gained two pounds too. I was sleeved June 1st. I'm so frustrated.
  21. I had my band removed and sleeved done the same day, I have to say Im lucky I was never in pain, gas discomfort yes! I drank everything room temp, I too had the buyers remorse the day after surgery just because I was so scare because the amount of stomach the dr removed . I have to say this have been the best decision I've made I feel great, that Lapband was killing me and today I feel like a million dollar. I have a total of 70lbs to loose, I've lost 32 so far and I'm loving this surgery• OH and I went back to work in a week.
