It is because our surgeons are Sadists. Yep I am stickin to that. Seriously I have been on my pre op diet since 6/24. It's pretty easy as compared to others because I get to eat real food and don't have to deal with those shakes. But under 30 g. carbs is one of the hardest things I have ever done

So I have been on my pre op diet aka liver reduction diet since almost 2 weeks ago. I have only lost about 9 pounds but gained one back (mostly because an all Protein diet can block you up.). I am so scared that I will go through all of this and be told that my liver is too fatty and they can't do the surgery. Has anyone experienced this or heard of it happening. I have not cheated on my diet once and have only gone over 30 g of carbs a couple of times and that was by very little like 5-10. I am sorta freaking out.
