I don't smoke much and I know there's risks

Well with those numbers that's approximately 34 packs a month , I smoke probably 8 packs a month so

I've smoked a numerous amount of times after my surgery and I haven't really had munchies , only slightly but it was fights me .

I thought I was the only one omg ! It's so bad especially in the morning ugh and it leaves such a gross taste .

I was sleeved July 8th so 15 days post op .. I've already lost 30lbs which I am happy about . I was so happy to get to mushy foods on the Monday that past but now that I'm there , I can't tolerate anything I feel like such **** after anything I try to eat , on top of that I get like cramps all the time , if I'm sitting for too long I get cramps in my sides and I have to like lay down or walk for a bit , I go to school for hair and I can't do anything cause I wind up getting bad cramps in my shoulders after doing one thing . Ever since this surgery I don't even feel like myself , I feel empty , apathetic and just sad . I ask myself why I had this done a lot .. Even though I'm losing weight it's not outweighing all the bad that's coming from it , I've always been positive and happy and now I just cry over everything . I just wanna get back to normal .

That's weird most people tolerate it better warm . I've always liked really cold water but since surgery I need icy water like I have to freeze my water otherwise drinking it makes me a little nauseous .

I just turned 19 on July 15th , I had my surgery at 18 on July 8th and I'm down 17lbs so far ! My post op appointment is tomorrow

I had surgery Monday the 8th and I have to be on clear liquids until Thursday , that's a week and 3 days ... I'm going insane . Then ill probably be on full liquids for another week . How come people are already having puréed food before even a week post op . I'm so jealous . It's making me depressed and I even cried over it .. I think the liquids are getting to my head . Needed to vent

Okay im only 8 days post op . I've made a post recently saying how I just wanna chug but I can't . I'm not chugging however I do find myself taking pretty big gulps but I can't help it I'm just so thirsty and I don't realize . I'm trying not to make a habit of it of course but it doesn't phase me , I get no pain or any other problems , this scares me and makes me think that my stomach is too big or something . I wish I could just get in the right amount of ounces in whatever quantities I wanted . Is this normal to be able to drink that much at one time ?

So it doesn't really matter the size gulps I drink it how much I drink in a sitting just as long as it doesn't bother me ? Even before surgery I have always been constantly thirsty and especially with the weather and my job I tend to drink a lot at once and it was just a little nerve racking lol

It's my 19th birthday and ill be celebrating with trying a new flavor of sugar free jello yesss ! One week post op and I'm down 17lbs so that's a present itself recovering well and I hope everyone else is the same !

Even pre op I've always just always been thirsty all of the time , I would chug some ice cold water and be okay . But now I can't even gulp never mind chug and its making me frustrated and crying ugh

I'm a week out improve too and my dr appointment isn't until THURS I am also going crazy !

I'm a size 5-6 I think this is the area I don't wanna be smaller in hahah

Wellll that's good , you'll be buying a new wardrobe soon ! I'm 6 days post op .. Started at 265 now I'm 248 .. I'm 5'1 . Can't wait until it gets noticeable
