  1. You are going to do great! Keep smiling and laughing some days will be harder than others as in all aspects of our lives, just keep sight of your goals and true to who you are. Dream, Believe Achieve.
  2. I was sleeved on June 25. 10 weeks today. I have been at a stall for 2 1/2 weeks. Ugh! So frustrating. Trying to stay positive.
  3. Hi all. I too had surgery on June 25. I am on full liquids...but one of my fav things is a lemonade slushy..Made with 1-2 cups of ice, Water, and 1-2 single crystal light lemonade packets. Its quite refreshing. =)
  4. My Dr told me today, after 2 weeks getting into the pool was fine. Just can't go into the ocean, spas, or soak in bath tub for 4 weeks.
  5. Hi! I'm 1 week post op today! I seem to get a pressure feeling when on my left side (stomach area) when I've had enough. I measure out exactly how much soup I was told to have etc, so I know I'm not overdoing it. I'm sure you are doing great! Although, what I've been suffering from is gas pain all the time. Any remedy suggestions that actually work?
  6. I ate what I wanted up until 2 days before surgery then cut back to clear liquids the day before. Just avoid the foods that enlarge liver. No onions, garlic, cranberries etc. Good luck!
