  8. I've ALWAYS been comfortable with my body . As a beautiful plus size women & now on my new journey . Seeing progress only makes me want to push harder . Down 62 pounds . I didn't make my surgery choice for looks I did it for health reason but I'm lovinnnggg the changes

  12. Yeah I had surgery June 25 and I quit before and wasn't a heavy smoker but in craving them Bad now and I also smoke ****** and here in NYC ****** is everywhere so it's making me want it even more .

  16. Hey Debbie . I eat ice lol it's my best friend I haven't tried the Popsicles . What I drink is my isopure shake in 1 cup of milk or water 1 scoop and I drink 2 ounces every 20 min and I have to do 2 a day . I eat sugar free jello and I mash it up really well . & lots of water . And a little broth here and there . I had 2 ounces of diet snapple today and it was ok . My doctor has me on purred food for week 2-3 and if I can't tolerate it back to liquids so ill find out on wed now that goes . Congrats and good luck

  18. I had surgery 5 days ago . So I guess I rushed it and no no water . I'm feeling even worse now
  19. I did a 30 min speed walk today & my whole body hurts and I got super dizzy. And weak and it's the worst feeling ever !
