Wow wow! May i ask what is your exercise regiment? And after surgery, how long did it take you to get back on your feet?

My surgery consultation is Oct 8..I'm excited but nervous. Yet..I'm in no hurry. I want to make sure my ducks are in a row. I've been walking every other day..bouncing to zumba on Wednesdays. I even went window shopping looking at smaller size outfits. Plus i look forward in watching my blood pressure and weight drop..I'm taking one day at a time. Our day will come.

I'm starting my 90 day diet plan and see my nutritionist July 5. I have also practiced chewing my food and waiting 30 minutes after to drank my water. The most crazy crave is jello. My vision is to cross my legs, wear a pair of heels & a pair of snug fit jeans. Oh, and not hide in the kitchen nor behind the Piano during church activities. One more...go to a water park and finally have some freaking FUN instead of prepping for the meals for everybody else!
