  2. Maybe try a small bite and see. If you don't try, you'll never know! I'm sure you'll be okay if you are getting your liquids and Protein in. Sent from my iPhone using VST
  3. You're welcome! I'm two weeks post op today and I understand! I always look at my sheets to make sure I am on what I should be and, luckily, they have a list of clear liquids, full liquids, etc, which has helped me A LOT! Oh and sugar free popsicles as well! I got the twin pops in a clear bag from Wal-Mart and they are different flavors. Just to mix things up a bit! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  4. Yuppers. Sugar free jell-o is considered a clear liquid! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  5. And mine says to add protein on day 5! LoL! It's funny how we all had the same thing done, but all different approaches to get back to "normal food." Sent from my iPhone using VST
  6. So the original fudgsicles (yellow box) are tje sugar free ones I got and I also saw some Blue Bunny no sugar added and when I checked sugar, they had 5g per pop. As far as sugar free popsicles, I got the twin pops in a bag from Wal-Mart that have a variety of flavors, so luckily they weren't the same flavor and I didn't get burnt out on them! 9. Funny you mention that, I have been craving some miso soup, but just didn't wanna buy it. Looked up how to make it, but I'm not sure if I can find all the ingredients at the store. May try tomorrow when I go for a store run. Sent from my iPhone using VST
  10. I don't have the box anymore. I have to make a trip to the store tomorrow and I will let you know then! It has completely slipped my mind. I can see the box, but can't get the name to pop in my head! Sent from my iPhone using VST

  14. Dr. Redmann sleeved me 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I was SO glad when I had my gallbladder issue, which lead me to him and glad I switched to him to do my WLS! Started out with Ochsner, wouldn't recommend them! He does have awesome bedside manner and is very sweet! They do have an awesome staff! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  15. Just finished mine! Wahoo!!! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  16. I was using nectar strawberry mousse and bariatric support chocolate, but that one, if you pre-made it, it ended up more like pudding instead of a shake. The Nectar has lots of flavors that are awesome. It's about $45 for a bug tub of it and each scoop has 23g of Protein. I was doing one for lunch as a Meal Replacement and had 2 boiled eggs for Breakfast and for dinner I would have meat and veggies and I would have "snacks" between them, which would be peanuts or almonds, and I also got 64oz of Water or a sugar free beverage in every day. It sounds like a lot, but it worked! I set reminders on my phone because my job is crazy, but it helped me keep on it. Sent from my iPhone using VST

  18. My surgeon called me the day after I was at home and asked me if I had a bm. At that time I hadn't and he told me that it would be loose. All we are putting in is liquid. I will be 2 weeks post op tomorrow and mine have just gotten to the semi-solid stage, but I am in the full liquid, so I think the apple sauce is helping that! LoL! Don't worry! It's normal! 19. I know on one of my papers, which, of course, I can't locate it, it said NO New Whey bullets whatever those are... :/ Sent from my iPhone using VST
  20. Start back on pre-op diet and keep up with the Protein shakes. Before I had the surgery, I had to do a 4 month required visitation with a dietician and I just cut back and did Protein Shakes and dropped 52 lbs! 10 lbs can be easy to knock off if you just go back to it! You can do it! Good luck! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  21. Congrats on your progress! You look awesome! I'm so ready for those same results! Sent from my iPhone using VST
