I had a class yesterday that went over all the things to look for that are not normal, and the things that are normal. I am with Gomekast you need to go to the ER. Or call the Physician on call at your surgeons office,. I would bet that you are dehydrated! You shouldn't be so weak that you cant stand and your not able to hold things down you need to be seen. I was told as well, that if you are eating the things you are suppose to and you are throwing up.....seek medical attention. Throwing up foods that you can have is not a good thing. I have seen on here that some people say oh its normal....well my surgeon said NO its not normal to throw up foods you should be able to tolerate. I am not sleeved yet but I to cant have Protein until weeks 3/4

I use firming lotions and doing skin firming treatments plus ive already started toning everything. I have surgery Novemeber 19th I have about 90lbs to get to my ideal weight i have a thick mid section so I fear that will be my most problem area. i havent had my surgery yet but i have heard people say Isopure is a good one I also have read good reviews about Bariatric Choice having good reviews on their Protein shakes as well. I personally like the Bariatric Choice shakes from Bariatric choice. I enjoy the strawberry ones. But whos to say what will happen after surgery. Alot of people use the whey Protein by body fortress. Bariatric choice sales Isopure and their shakes...you can check them out. and their shakes are low Cal as well. I have ordered all my food and shakes from them. plus when you sign up and you use a referral code you get $20.00 off a $40.00 purchase. Ill copy the link below. Check em out I think you will like them.

I have UHC, weight 204, BMI 35 submitted got approval in 7 days. I had to have medical necessity from primary care dr. 6 months supervised diet, phych eval, nutritional eval. Because my bmi was 35 I had to have co morbids. I have sleep apnea, borderline diabetic and family history played a huge part.

Prayers being sent up for you, you will do great! Second chance at a new life tomorrow. God bless you friend

This is the best thread yet! I have had all these thoughts and have even told myself Erica you wont cheat when deep down I know I will slip up from time to time. I haven't even had my surgery and yet the thoughts of eating what I clearly am not allowed to have makes me feel like a cheater. But I will stand accountable for my thoughts. This thread opens the eyes to the ones that haven't had their surgery yet and shows us all people struggle no matter what the cause. I wish all the struggles would leave us all but God has a strange sense of humor sometimes....lol! I hope I can avoid the cravings......but if not I to will come to this thread and confess!!! this should have been named Confession Room
