I threw up twice after I came home from.surgery definitely wasnt fun and once when i got mushy food stage went too fast and.got very sick...just remember nice and slow with everything!

I started the miralax it.took 4 days to work but it worked. I either walk or do stationary.bike about 2 miles sometimes 3 a day -

Thanks that was my next try. My nurse friend said mag citrate but I.bought some tonight and it is full if carb bubbles so that was a no go! -

I cant seem to get my.protein in...and I highly doubt I eat or drink even 500 calories a day. Nothing but milk now seems to bother me but I need protein ideas bc the shakes are hard.for me to get down. I eat and drink very slowly and after a few bites there comes the gurgles ...annoying -

I take 2 stool softeners and 2 fiber chewables a day. .i had to use a mineral enema and almost had.to go to the hospital sat because it had been 10 days and had an impaction....havent been since. And I was in alot of pain, somethings gotta give. I had a problem with ig.before surgery.but nothing.like this! -

Im having a mean craving for a dr pepper with crushed ice! Ive never been a pop drinker really and it wasnt something that was even remotely I did but maybe a coupke times a month..idk what the deal is! I was a sonic fresh fruit slushie drinker tho!

Thanks! Idk why im having it im 3 almost 4 weeks out, still just working on getting my liquids in! Like I said im just not a pop drinker, and could care less about caffeine one of those weird body things I guess!

Yeah I eat all of those but I know its not.enough to get all my protein in. I can only eat about a tablespoon iof fod right now -

Well its almost over and all I wanna do is go to sleep and forget about it. Only 13 more to go hopefully tomorrow will be easier and the clinic I work with had a dinner today.of course in the breakroom that I couldnt eat. I think the smells are.what really made me hungry...eye on the prize

I asked my dr about the gurgles/noises and he kinda giggled and said yup that takes some getting used to but its.completely normal.

And my protein drinks taste disgusting to me now....i havent been able to get my protein in all week. I get so full fron liquids.

I did a trial run of my two week liquic diet today and it really was not that bad at all... I just keep psyching myself wondering how 14 days without food at all will be like..kinda scary. I know I can do it, but I cant.even have chicken broth on my.liquid diet..mainly carnation sugar free shakes...idk ! Im so nervous! I havent gotten a surgery date yet but should be submitting.to insurance next week...eeek!

I can sleep ok im the bed as long as I have my binder on..otherwise no way it hurts. Im a side sleeper also.

Gettin my bag all packed and ready tomorrows my day. Ive lost 15 lbs on my preop diet..getting anxious and ready for it to just be done!
