I too track cals on mfp and broke my stall with a 6 lbs lost. scale is now stuck again for the past few days' date=' im hoping its not another stall. I had a couple guilty plesures on the 19th(my bday) and I have not walked or worked out this wk as I was before. So if it is a stall I can only blame myself! I jus havnt been in the mood to workout but I hope I can get back on track real soon. Hows everyone else with working out is it still just walking for some?[/quote']I just walk. Sometimes I do the elliptical. I don't have any desire to go to a gym yet.

I'm still stalling... it's been a month at the same weight. :-( I'm starting to freak out a little. That does suck. Don't worry, it'll kick in.

I think I keep having mini-stalls, or maybe this is how it goes for me. It's inching down very slowly. Very. The weight definitely isn't just flying off.
I've been doing very light exercise. Maybe I need to step it up.

This is great to hear. Mine will be on Sept 4th 10 weeks from first meeting him. The process for me has been extremely easy so far and with out a long wait.
I also saw Dr White. He was wonderful we were joking around in the meeting and he had an answer right away for me. This is one department at Carle I can say it's been great working with. You cant say that about every department at Carle.
You sure can't!

Rowitz is my doctor' date=' my surgery is 7/8. I like him, I think.[/quote']Following up, for anyone who searches the name Rowitz or Carle in here. My surgery went very smoothly and I recovered nicely and had a pretty smooth recovery. I'd recommend him.

I drink it but fill the glass with ice to make it ice cold so it ends up diluted. I can only stomach a cup a day. That small amount is enough to get me to my 60 grams of Protein.I drink it with a straw over a ton of ice just after exercising. It's the only way I can handle the sweetness.

How much is everyone walking/exercising?I walk one hour a day. I may up it. I have an elliptical but I'm not crazy about it. Yet.

How strange that we all are hitting this first stall at the same time!Yep, I'm stalled. Almost nothing lost in three days. Also, I'm sick of Protein Shakes. I don't think I can drink another one.

A little over a year ago my 10 yr old daughter wanted us all to go hiking. We went and it was very fun but strenuous. Going up hills everyone had to "wait for mom". There were a few things everyone else did that I didn't want to try for fear I'd fall or need help. The next week I asked my doctor if I was a candidate and, yay, she she said yes. I was sleeved on July 8, hooray! Can't wait to try hiking this fall with less weight to carry around.

Cool! Will be fun to watch the next season of Master Chef to see his transformation! Was thinking he should do something when he was walking out of the ocean during the surfer food challenge a few weeks ago.Yeah, that wasn't pretty. I watched it right after my surgery and was glad I won't be like that much longer.

I feel the same way because both Water and the puréed stage foods almost feel like they are going down too well. Calorie intake is averaging about 600 per day. I always wonder if I am stretching my sleeve. I wonder if I will be the only only who a sleeve won't work on and I won't lose weight. Crazy thoughts I guess!Me too. Me exactly.

Planning on it today. No swinging from the ceilings of course but still fun all the same! =)
Me too. Yay, us!

I'm with ya. I'm so grumpy that nobody in my house wants to be around me. I'm really not trying to be but I just feel like crud. My stomach does nothing but churn if I sit down' date=' I can't stray far from the bathroom, I'd love to chew something and about all I can stand are SF Popsicles, the broth from Top Ramen and propel Water. This too shall pass..... Right??[/quote']Oh yeah, I'm grumpy as hell. I freaked out on my husband. Twice. I felt better after taking a walk but I didn't want to go. And exercise is as much fun as it has ever been.
BUT! I've lost some weight and I'm going to lose some more. So that's good. We can get through it.

Can anyone help me... I was sleeved 8th July. Was home by the 10th :-) been doing fine gettin up walkin about. In some discomfort but nothing the painkillers won't sort. Finally went for a #2 last night and today I've hot period like symptoms even though I haven't had a period in over a year as I have the contraceptive implant in? I'm baffled as to what it can be and hopng this slight bleeding is nothing seriousI have Mirena and got my period 2 days after surgery. I know two others with Mirena who never get periods who got theirs right after surgery. One person's nurse explained it was a reaction to body trauma. My period was weird, too, not regular stuff. It passed in 3 days like usual. But definitely call your doctor if you're concerned.

I'm right there with you. Today is the first day I can wake up and say I feel better then yesterday.I still hurt like hell but I'm glad I finally got to sleep an entire night without hearing my hospital roommate sleep through her iv alarms. Being home made a big difference.
I can't wait until the pain goes away and I can focus on getting in my fluids and Protein. I can't wait to see the scale start moving. And the WTF did I do to myself phase ends. Seriously - this phase needs to end.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one still work pain. I woke up this morning in so much pain! I definitely wondered wth I'd done to myself. Ready to move on!

Right???!!! Did you know you had one before you got out of surgery? Mine was like - surprise!!!
He told me I had a little one, when he was done he said it was bigger than he thought. Should lessen reflux, I guess.
-
Home now, lots of pain. I had a hernia fixed as well. Ready to start losing!
Any july 8 sleevers?

I'm down 41, it's been slow going lately. I think I need to exercise more. I'm pretty much just walking every other day or so. Gonna see if I can jump start things.
