    i have one... i went to maurices the other day.. i usually go to the plus size side, well i decided since the last time i bought jeans on that side (Plus size) i would try the juniors side..So i went to it a found 2 pairs of super duper cute jean capirs..well i grabbed the biggest size of course,, a 15/16 well i try them on and i walk out to ask the lady her opinion...she was like those look to baggy and big.. let me get you a smaller size...i was like omg for the first time in my life lol.... so i tried on a 13/14 and they fit perfect!! some im pretty happy about that! considering a 22 was tight...YAY

    b-atkins shake 160 cal s- 100 cal snack pack l- went to salsaritas (not my choice) had 1 hard shell taco with no chesse.. ate the whole thing :w00t: with a few chips.... d- something extremely small with little cal... and im going to work my ass off tonight!!!!

    b-atkins shake 160 cal s- 2 crackers probaly 65 cal l- 1/2 cup of spaghetti squash with turkey meat sauce from dinner last night.. dont even know if it was that much..got full after a few bites..so probably 100 cal.. d- will probably be a small salad from school...250 cal.. and i will probably have a snack as well...100 cal

    b-celery w/ ranch 160 cal s-100 cal snack l-side greek salad from panera probably 300 cal? s-peanut butter cookie :biggrin: im going to say 150 cal d- going to make spaghetti squash probably 200 cal so about 860 cal....

    b- atkins shake 160 cal l- a small side salad with oil and vinager probably around 150 cal from the feta on it and 1 and 1/2 small baked chicken strips.. probably 200 cal 300 cal s- chai nonfat 200 cal d- 1 cup of baby spinach with oil and vinager and about 1/4 cup of chicken salad on top of it with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese probaby 300 cal... around 960 cal today.... but i ran/jog/walked today between classes for about an hour!!! i L-O-V-E running in this absolutely nice weather in Florida!!!!

    b- 100 cal bagel with 30 cal of cream cheese 2 slices of avacado... thinking about 40 cal?? l- ham salad with 4 crackers.. 190 cal s-100 cal cheezit s- atkins shake 160 cal d- 100 cal of butter beans with 2 tablespoons of rice so about 770 calories today...

    i was hungry helga today... b-atkins shake 160 cal s-100 cal cheezit l- 1cup of baby spinach w/ a sprinkle of goat cheese, green peppers, and celery w/ 50 cal of dressing probably 175 cal from the cheese..and 2 slices of avacado.. s- 200 cal grande non-fat chai... d- 50 cal of melba toast and 140 cal of ham salad s- 160 cal atkins peanut butter cup.. 1035 calories today... but i did run/walk/jog this morning!!

    b-atkins shake 160 cal s-cheese stick and s couple of crackers 150 cal l- half of a subway salad 250 cal s- 100 cal cheezit d- a couple of bites of chicken and a couple of bites of some cheese cal probably 200 s for tonight atkins peanut butter cup 160 cal so around 1020 i also worked my butt off today... started training for 5 k and played some hardcore tennis!!!

    ok today was reallllllly bad.... b-grande chai non-fat 200 cal s-100 cal snack l- my boyfriend wanted to go to a oriental buffett... i took 2 bits of chicken and throw it up then i tried to eat some pudding...that also came up l2- ham salad with 4 crackers 230 cal d- went to cracker barrell... had smoothered chicken had a few bites of salad a few bites of chicken and few bites of pinto beans....probably 1 million calories!!! but i did run/walk/jog for about an hour today.... tomorrow will def. be better!!!!

    b- celery sticks and ranch 140 cal s- yogurt 100 cal l- 3/4 low cal burger 350 cal s-100 cal hostess d- 1 taco and 1/4 cup mac 200 cal s- atkins peanut cups 160 cal ate wayyyyyy to much! i also eat way too much when im at home.... try again tomorrow!!! oh and i bought the cutest pink boxing gloves today... and i love them

    b- 80 cal yogurt s- 100 cal hostess l- lean cuisine the stuffed cabbage one 220 cal s- grande chai nonfat 200 cal d-half of a salad from the cafe at school.. dont know how many cals?? and a small cheesecake bite from a fellow bandster/friend it was lowcarb and made with splenda..... im sure im at 1000 cal.. so im done for the day!!!

    yesterday 3 slim a bear bar 300 cal... so sick with the flu and 101.8 temp i needed those slim a bears to cool me down....ughhhhhhh today b-atkins shake l- 2 baked chickens fingers 1/2 cup of steamed cabage a few bites of salad d- nothing i feel like im going to throw up
