    b- atkins shake 150 cal s- 100 cal pack of crackers l- some left over taco meat with beans and ff sour cream from last night ( to be safe 300 cal) s- badass ff sf toffee blended thing its funny bc i was asking the guy their if they had a nutritional menu and of course they didnt in the store..the lady beside me told me that the drink i wanted had 2 ww points. I told her i didnt do ww and that i counted calories and that i had a LB. She was like " oh yea thats cool, im a gastric bypass patient and the drink that you are getting is only 200 cal so dont worry and it wont make you feel sick!" so that worked out good! d- 1/2 grilled chicken salad with LF dressing from quiznos. 300 cal 1050 cal today!! I need to step it up and eat better.. worked out and only burned 400 cal! tomorrow is a new day!

    1000 calorie diet

    I usually have a shake in the morning 150 cal, a 100 cal snack, lunch (usually a lean cuisine or something) 300 cal at the most, then dinner! I like this.. 1 can of black Beans 1 can of rotel mexican lime (drain) mix them together and heat... put it on a small bed of mixed greens and add reduced fat feta and ff balsamic dressing! i can eat this for days! and its a good source of protein!! If you like taco meat try this Brown 1 pd of ground turkey then add low sodium taco seasoning ( the seasoning has 15 cal per serving) heat up FF rf beans use the black bean mix that i used for the salad get a bowl, put the meat down first, then rf beans, then black bean mix, then add ff sour cream and salsa! I measure it out to 1 to 1 1/2 cup! Its good a very filling and ALOT of protein! I buy 100 cal Snacks for in the middle of the day! if you are craving chocolate ( i do sometimes) little debbie has 100 cal snacks now~ they are really good! hope this helps!

    This weekend, in Fernandina Beach (where I live) is the Shrimp Boat Festival. Its a big deal on this island and everyone goes to it! I went out on Thursday to the local bar to kick off the festival and I saw everyone from HS and and everyone else i know..well at first I didnt understand why no one was talking to me just kinda waving or whatever when i was like "hey"! then finally after i started talking to them they were like OMG I CANT BELIEVE IT!! everyone in the whole bar told me i looked amazing!! it made me feel great!!

    Jealousy?

    i know its normal to have competition...everyone does it.. it just makes me kinda like wtf... i will be fine with it.. i was just pissed off really bad about it yesterday..so i needed to vent!! THANKS...lol but i think the way im going to deal with it is take the competition and hopefully it will make me more motivated... we will see how it goes

    i know it would be nice to just sit down and have this talk with her.. but.. she is begining to piss me off.. and im kinda at the point if she wants competition..well here it comes ya know? i know i want to be the better person and kinda just be nice about or whatever..but come on.. its getting old...

    ok so someone needs to punch me in the face today..here it goes b- atkins shake 160 cal l- half of a zaxbys zalad about 350 cal s- i work at papa johns on the weekend so i endulged on peices of ham and pepperoni... cal???? s2- atkins shake 160 cal d- small salad prob 300 cal bc of blue cheese... s- 100 cal twinkie snack im sooo hungry today! dont know why..maybe bc tom?? i guess tomorrow is a new day and i will just work my ass off at the gym!!

    yea i would say id rather have this acne then being 120 pds heavier..but i dont know what to do about it!! i also still lose hair!! but whatever im sure it will get better i still have some more weight to lost so im assuming it will go away when im done losing

    i have noticed this too!! i mean its not sooooo bad.. i over react about sometimes!! but i NEVER had acne and now i have it... mostly on my chin and t zone!!

    b- atkins shake 160 cal l- 1 buffalo chicken tender probably 150 cal?? s- 100 cal snack d- im making some grilled chicken tenders.. and some collard greens.. probably 300 cal??? and right now im drinking another shake 160 cal,, around 870 cal worked out this morning... tomorrow im doing yoga and a long workout!!

    b- EAS shake 110 cal s-100 cal snack l- a little less than a half of a grilled chicken salad from zaxbys (no bread or fried onions) probably 220 cal uhhhh grande iced chai 200 cal d-will have the rest of salad from lunch so about 220 cal....

    b-atkins shake 150 cal (vanilla) s- 50 cal snack l- grilled chicken salad with ff dressing (half) prob... 200 cal s- had a few bites of grilled chicken and a few...maybe more than a few tater chips from zaxbys ( now i want to punch myself in the face) so im going to be safe with 350 cal d- tonight will be something really lite oh BUT to get to the resturaunt that i had the grilled chicken salad at ME and my bf rode their on our bikes!! omg yes i did!!!

    Bozzj, do you order you vita muffin tops from their website? are they good? b-atkins shake 160 cal s- 100 cal snack l- 3/4 of an extremely small cheeseburger from school..no bun and just cheese and meat dipped in mustard probably 250 cal s- 100 cal snack d- some of a lean cuisine probably 200 cal of it.. so 810 cal.. didnt exercise today..im really tired.. but i did buy a bike today... cant wait to ride it tomorrow!!!
