    B- chobani yogurt cup 160 cal and home made latte 100 cal l- split a salad from Hamptons Cafe with my boyfriends sister..im going to say 350 cal to be safe s- edamame 100 cal d- turkey burger no bun with ketchup and mustard 200 cal 910 cal ran on the treadmill today 300 cal training for a 5k July 18th:thumbup:

    b- toaster scrambler thing with ketchup. 200 cal home made latte with ff milk and sf vanilla 100 cal l- mini sandwhich and a few bites of veggies.. 150 cal latte 50 cal d- samie from quizno 300 cal another sf nf latte.. Im addicted to espresso... 100 cal 900 cal -300 from 30 min workout today.. TOM so im just not feeling it.. im kinda tired:sleep:

    I am also a POOR college student. When I eat at school, I eat a small salad. If I eat out for cheap, I go to wendys and get a small chili..its super good.. full of Protein and like 210 cal I buy lean cuisines when they are on sale.

    b- protein shake 250 cal l- 2 mini sandwhiches 200 cal I bought these little toast things, It looks like a mini tiny loaf of bread..well I LOVE THEM and 4 peices is 90 cal! d- going out for dinner so im leaving myself 500 cal for it no work out today..but tomorrow im going early in the am before school!

    b- low carb slim fast 190 cal s- ff sf vanilla latte 50 cal l- bowl of broc and cheese Soup im going to say 350 cal d- 1 cup of red pepper soup with rf cheese 180 I got a fill today:thumbup: so im going to be eating Soups for the next couple of days! 770 cal -450 cal from work out:thumbup:

    B- atkins shake 160 cal L- taco bell fresco taco and pintos and cheese and had a couple bites of my neices food so about 400 cal s- sf ff latte probably 100 cal s- 100 cal pack almonds d- turkey burger lettuce wrapped with cheese ketchup and mustard 250 cal so a little over 1000 cal today:cursing: im getting a fill on thursday and CANT WAIT!!

    b- newton berry crisp and a ff sf latte from mcdonalds so 150 cal L- went to a great cafe :confused:, ordered a shepards salad with grilled chicken, picked at it and had 1/4 of my friend monte cristo sandwhich,,,,im going to say 400 to be safe s- sf ff latte it was sooo gross though so i only probably had 25 cal of it s- a peice of velveeta and a couple turkey pepperoni 100 cal d- lean cuisine 200 cal 775 cal today.... might have a snack later but nothing more than a 100 cal one worked out= -600 cal:thumbup:

    today was NOT a good day for me.. but im going to log this one!:wub::cursing: b- 100 cal snack pack of cheese things from target l- half of a peice of chicken parm. from school with a couple bites of salad..and a couple of my bf fries!!:crying::cursing: probably 600 cal! s- mcdonalds sf ff vanilla latte.. 50 cal d- wendys small chili with cheese and onion.. im going to say 300 with the added cheese! s- my bf bought an assorted box of danishes, blueberry muffins etc... at the campus we were at today is where the culinary school is so they sell really gooooood food for like a dollar...so of course i sampled everything he had...soo im going to add like 300 cal JUST TO BE SAFE 1350 cal today:eek::drool::scared2: and i didnt work out... tomorrow is a new day:wink2: and im staying on track

    B- Protein shake 250 cal L- turkey sausage, cabbage, onion,green pepper about 200 cal s- latte with nonfat milk sf cal free chocolate and carmel about 200 cal because i didnt make it the coffee shop did and i dont always trust! d- 1 cup of turkey kielbasa with cabbage and onion 200 cal and i had a 100 cal pack of newtons fruit crisp 950 cal today... worked out forever and burnt 700 cal!!:smile: Went for a fill last thursday and dr. was having a hard time finding my port, which is weird because I can feel easily and it sticks out when i lay down? Who knows? going again next thursday for a much needed fill!

    wasnt a good food day for myself... b- protein shake 200 cal l-half of a smart one 180 cal and a couple baked bbq chips so about 250 for lunch s- 200 cal nonfat chai latte s2- 100 cal of jerky d- bowl of chili 300 cal 1230 cal :mad2::smile: but i did work out today -500 cal

    Help with Protein shakes

    atkins shake are good!!! the vanilla and the dark chocolate are the best! bad thing is the atkins shakes are going up in price! almost $7 for 4!! I buy the Protein mix from walmart..cant remember the name but it is the BIG container one.. i buy the vanilla and mix it with 1 tbsp. of honey pb. and 1 tbsp. of sf chocolate syrup a couple ice cubes and 1 cup of nonfat milk!! omg it is great and very filling!!!

    b- egg, cheese, sausage toaster thing 180 cal with some ketchup 20 cal =200 cal l- small chili with cheese and onion from wendys, im going to say 300 cal bc of the cheese s- a handful of trail mix 150 cal prob:eek: d- 1 98% ff hotdog no bun and a little piece of kielbasa with mustard probably 200 cal around 850 cal today... might go to the gym but it is nasty outside and REALLY cold? why I dont know because I live in Fernandina Beach FL..?? so i might just want to bundle up at the house...:redface:

    First of all congrats on your weightloss!! I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!! I know how it is to be with your girlfriend and you meet a hott guy and then the guys wants your friend! It sucks! I used to be all the guys best friends and they loved me ONLY AS FRIENDS! Even though I have a boyfriend and love him to death, I still like to be hit on ya know? You will find the tables have turned soon though! Then its going to be weird lol! I just recently went to a local festival that everyone and their brother goes to in Fernandina Beach, FLwhere I live, and I had a lot of guys talk to me! Of course I just talked and nothing came out of it because im taken! But it was nice to feel attractive!!! Actually after a few guys hit on you, it gets kinda annoying! That being said, the right guy will like you no matter what! Im sure you have heard this a million times!! Good luck on your weightloss!!

    b- grande iced chai nonfat latte 200 cal l- 1/4 of a chilis boneless wing salad.. im going to say 400 cal to be safe!!!!!! d- 1 98% fatfree turkey dog 40 cal.. and 1 inch of kielbasa so about 100 cal to be safe! so dinner was 140 cal snack- 1 graham cracker with pb and Sugar Free Chocolate syrup 200 cal so about 940 cal today.. no gym..its raining and kinda cold out today so i decided to just stay in and watch movies after i got home from my bio lab and stat class..

    b- atkins shake 160 cal s- 100 cal target cheeznit knockoff snack.. l- i will probably make a small salad in about an hour.. 200 cal.. d-?? maybe a lean cuisine or something like that no more than 350 cal! i started a whole body cleanse today...has anybody ever tried? After work tonight.. im hitting up the gym.. last night I went and did 550 cal!

    b- EAS SHAKE 110 Cal s- 75 cal of cheezit L- an inch small piece of meatloaf, a tiny bite of chicken and 4 tostitos scoups of 7 layer dip so about so to be safe 300 cal. d- fresco taco 150 cal and pintos and bean 160 cal 945 cal today... didnt go to the gym.. being lazy tomorrow i will def. go though s- atkins shake 150 cal
